"The actual unit was nice, and clean to my standards, which is saying something. There were several issues though: the address listed for maps actually took me to another holiday park and that gentleman had to give me directions. Listed amenities included the pool, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. When we arrived, I was informed that there was a £16 pass to use the pool, so that was out. As I mentioned, the unit was nice, well-cleaned and maintained. However, there was no hand soap, no towels, no...

"The hotel's refurbishment in public areas limits its current standard, and potential to be relaxing. Rooms need the refurb, however, and will hopefully get it soon. The restaurant is good, and staff are generally friendly and helpful, but cleaning is below par, notably lack of deep cleaning. "

"Lovely stay at the Holiday park, chalet is right by all the amenities and super close to Dover Castle/cliffs. The only feedback would be to provide some extra towels, we were visiting from out of country so didn't have any with us and because there's the pool, only having 1 towel each was a bit difficult to work with. Thanks for the great stay!"

"The hotel was a splendid surprise being a true manor in the style of a stately home with extensive grounds. We stayed in the Mews cottages which provided a large well equipped room and bathroom. "
