"Fine for what we needed"

"Loved our stay. This house was so cute, clean, & perfect for our group of 3. Although the neighborhood was a little sketch, the deck in back was secluded & had a very pretty wooded view. The location is only 3 miles from downtown. Mit was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again! "

The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked/equipped, so much so that we ate in/at the house for several meals. The check in information was very clear. Melissa was very responsive. "Our group of 7 had the best time! There was plenty of room for everyone, everything was well stocked, kids loved the lake and the game room. No one wanted to leave; we will definitely be back!"

"As soon as you walk in the door you feel welcomed. The setup is perfect for large families with children. There's plenty of space to spread out and have quiet time if you needed it. You honestly don't need to bring any supplies for cooking or sleeping because they provide plenty of that. We were wanting to get away for a while in this place was perfect for us we definitely look forward to booking this place again when the pool is in season. "

"Affordable price for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay! Just the right amount of space for a couple, and I enjoyed being able to walk or bike everywhere! Always an Uber nearby too. Definitely recommend this place."

"What a fantastic place to stay in Bentonville. We were in town for 5 days for a MTB race, this property has everything you need to make your stay feel like a hime away from home."

"Blocks away from coffee and green space. The bicycle lockers were really handy for us. There are steep stairs leading into the loft — would not recommend for someone that isn’t comfortable doing a lot of stairs. "

"Beautiful, clean, and spacious home. It was a perfect location for our getaway with friends. Our hosts were extremely helpful and responsive with all questions we had. Would definitely go back."

"It was a nice cabin, clean when we got there and it had a musky smell that everyone In the reviews had stated. There was hardly anything to clean up the property to make sure it was up to standards before we left. Instructions for cleaning were not listed. Had to figure it out yourself. The property is beautiful and heavily wooded Property had logs for fire The mattress in the 2nd bedroom was very uncomfortable it didnt have a box spring Under and made my back hurt. No clear instructions...
