This recently and beautifully remodeled (completed Dec 2016) 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath town home is in a great location only a mile from the ski area and right on the free bus route (10 minute ride). It offers picturesque views of the slopes and makes a fantastic vacation rental.
The property is very nicely decorated in a modern mountain-style. It has a great open living area on the first floor which features a great view of Mt. Werner. It includes a full kitchen, dining table with 6 chairs, brand new sleeper sofa & love seat, 50" flat screen TV, smartphone stereo and fireplace, which keeps the unit extremely toasty. The full kitchen has brand new stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, quartz countertops and a large farmhouse sink. There is also a water closet on this level.
Both bedrooms, the full bathroom and washer/dryer are upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and twin on the top, all brand new mattresses. Both rooms have fantastic views of Mt. Werner and plenty of storage. The full bathroom features a brand new curved bath tub/shower and vanity with a quartz countertop.
There is a large closet in the entryway to store all of your gear.
Enjoy a soak or swim in the community hot tubs (year-round) and pool (summer only). You are only about 175 steps away.
Even closer, about 125 steps, is the free bus route stop. Buses loop every 20 minutes and you are only about 10 minutes from the base of the gondola/base area, restaurants & pubs and the Gondola Transit Center, which connects you to shopping, downtown and more restaurants and pubs.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
** In March 2020 when the resort shut down, we gave refunds for any unused nights and would do that again.
