Walk in and feel at home in this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home located within walking distance (.33 of a mile) from the ski area.

From the moment you walk in the door, large windows surround the living room and dining area, giving you the perfect amount of natural sunlight or the ideal view to watch the snow fall. Looking for that Netflix and chill day? Cozy up in the living room in front of the fireplace and watch your favorite shows. The living room also features a pull-out, queen size sofa bed.

With an open floor plan from the living room, you will find a large, stocked, chef's kitchen with everything you need for that perfect Apres ski meal. Display your culinary creations and enjoy a conversation around the dining room table located directly off the kitchen.

The downstairs features two bedrooms, both with queen size beds with one full sized futon located in one of the bedrooms. There is also a full bathroom on the lower floor and a full-size washer and dryer.
On the top floor, there is a large bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a large bathtub and shower.

With a two-car garage, private hot tub, and close proximity to the ski area, this place is the perfect spot for your Steamboat vacation.

Wonderful rental on a beautiful quiet street
We really enjoyed this property, the fall leaves, and the back porch. The kitchen is fully stocked and it is a great set up for one or two families. It is tucked away on a quiet little cul-de-sac right by the resort. Can’t beat the location!

Beautiful home in steamboat
We visited in the summer for a short couple of days in Steamboat. The home was beautiful, clean and cozy. The hot tub was nice as well. We had a lovely time. While we visited in the summer, this place would be amazing during ski season. Super close to the slopes. If we find ourselves in Steamboat - we would stay here again.

Tranquil neighborhood very close to base
The house is a 15 minute walk to base is a very tranquil neighborhood. The house is clean with nice big windows for beautiful views. The property management is easy to communicate with via text message. They do limit paper towels and shower towels per guest. We had a moose walk right past the back patio through the lush trees.

This was a great property and management company was very responsive on a couple questions we had regarding trash pickup, and an issue with entry code. My only comment was they should do a deep clean on master shower and they made a note to take care of it...

Great location and beautiful home!
The house is located close to the mountain and perfect for a ski trip. Only concern is that our group was 9 travelers and the space really fit 8 comfortably. Otherwise it was a terrific stay and would come back with a smaller group.

Great house - PM & VRBO policies different
Nice stay at this lovely town home. The linens are nice and the beds are comfortable. We only stayed one night but paid for two. We have used VRBO for years and also rented our place but it is very frustrating now using VRBO policies and the property management policies. Our weekend plans changed and I tried to cancel this property as usually with VRBO you can just do this one time electronically. However, the property management, Nomadness, sent a message that I needed to confirm my cancellation which I missed (because I also receive marketing emails from them). When I realized they never canceled as I requested, I called and explained and they said it was too latent cancel. So we just stayed there one night.

Dirty and moldy
They offered to clean the next day to make it right. We would have had to pack up all of our belongings while they were there. We travel with a lot of medical equipment so that wasn’t a good option for us. Settle on they would drop off a mop so I could at least get the floors clean since I had already used a container of Clorox wipes. They send a message on the last day asking what fair compensation would be, I said idk, 20%? I get message back a few days later saying they would give me nothing. Terrible that they would ask if they didn’t intend to give one when I had let it go and never asked for anything!!

Great ski vacation!
The 8 of us loved staying at this home! It had everything we needed for 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room. An easy walk to base area, and a private hot tub!

Closing Weekend
Came up for closing weekend at the ski resort. It was the perfect location! Plenty of room for three couples and two dogs. The hot tub was such an added bonus on the deck after a long day of skiing. We would love to go back.

Thanksgiving/ski celebration
The home was lovely & comfortable with a great location. We had 7 adults and 2 children, and while sleeping accommodations worked, it was tricky to figure out who would sleep where. Management was very receptive to any questions or issues we had (the fireplace did not work when we arrived). The code was turned off before our checkout time. Otherwise, it was a great place!

Amazing home for beautiful getaway
I surprised my husband for his birthday with 8 of his closest friends. It was the perfect space to have a celebration! We really enjoyed cooking and hot tubing, along with getting out, exploring Steamboat and visiting Strawberry Hot Springs, which is always a great time! We would all book this home again and go back in a heartbeat!

Very nice stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Management was very helpful and responsive to requests and questions from start to finish, the property was very clean (very clean), it had everything we needed for a family of 4 and our dog, and was in a wonderful quiet location. I didn't feel like I needed to clean anything before use, which is rare in rentals. Really well maintained and was the perfect layout and space for us. The main floor has a half bath, kitchen, dining and tv/family room and access to the back porch with hottub. The basement has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, one with a TV and the other with a futon for extra sleeping spots, a full bath with two sinks and the tub/toilet separate, and a laundry closet. The top floor is the master suite with a large bathroom (soaker tub and separate shower), tons of closet space, a king size bed, a tv and a small private balcony. No AC but the ceiling fans on the upper and main floor, portable fans and the cool night air kept it comfortable for us during our stay (mid June). Be aware, the master and one of the other two beds are VERY firm (by far the firmest I have ever felt in my life). If you flopped casually onto it, it would knock the wind out of you. Pillowtop mattress toppers would be a really good addition for both of these beds to at least provide the option for a softer sleep for those who aren't comfortable on beds that firm (I was OK, although I would have preferred something to soften it up, but our 18 year old was not and slept on all the spare quilts and blankets to try and ease the feel of her mattress). We loved the hottub on the back porch, which was exactly the right temperature and clean. There are no stairs or outdoor access to the backporch so we could have the dining room door open and let our dog/kids wander in and out to enjoy the cool air and being outside without worrying they would leave the porch and disappear. A huge bonus to expand the living space and keep everyone safe. It also felt sonrwhat private due to all the large trees surrounding it, even though the houses are clise together. You don't get much of a yard here, but we didn't expect one so that was not a negative for us. Great location near the ski slopes/lifts and wonderful places to walk and a quick drive to downtown and other locations. Overall, a very clean, comfortable place to stay. Perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Steamboat

Great location!
This house was so close to the gondola! We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. The hot tub was spot on! There were some challenges with the door lock but they came out right away to attempt to fix the lock.
