"Room was clean and comfortable, lovely courtyard with a small waterfall, easy and about a 3-minute walk to the casino. Unfortunately, our air conditioner was not working correctly and took all night to make our room a little cooler. The lake is about 10-minute walk, but it's a private beach and they charge to get in. We drove to the north side and found easy lake access for free. Overall, we had a great time. If you don't want to stay in a major hotel, I recommend this place with puppies."

"My girlfriends and I came together here for a milestone birthday celebration and couldn't have been happier. The location was perfect! We walked everywhere; to the spa @ The Landing, to our shows, the casinos, restaurants, the Lake... everything was walkable. We even took a lake tour, which picked us up by shuttle at Harvey's, which was a 3 minute walk. It's a perfect location and room was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

The online listing was fairly accurate but I don’t remember seeing one side of the (high) bed was just a few inches from the wall making it very difficult to get in/out of bed on that side especially with the other person already in bed. This could be hard for an older or less agile person 😆. No chairs to sit on-to be fair not really a lot of room and no shelf in the bathroom and minimal space on the vanity. The...

(My mistake though-it looks like they all have balconies but not stated anywhere) It has a great view of the pool which is nice since the complex is right on the main road. "This property is great for a family with younger ones and teens. The location allows the teens some independence and freedom to take advantage of the shops and restaurants in heavenly village. The location right next to the gondola can’t be beat for convenience to the slopes."
