"Wir sind bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Apartment-Hotel gewesen, weil es uns bereits beim ersten Mal ausgesprochen gut dort gefallen hat. Es liegt zwar etwas abseits vom Zentrum von Rheinfelden, es fährt aber stündlich ein Bus direkt vor der Tür ab (außer am Wochenende, da fährt er nur 3x am Tag, aber Taxis sind erschwinglich). Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, hat hochmoderne Küchengeräte, und ist auch sonst sehr gemütlich. Gute Betten! Der einzige kleine...

"Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. "

"Auf den Bildern sah die Unterkunft ok aus. Entweder waren die Bilder alt oder es war gut fotografiert. Dort angekommen war ich erstmal geschockt... Die Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig. Zudem sehr abgewohnt und teilweise kaputt. Gegen alt habe ich nichts aber ganz sollte es schon sein. Schmutzige Töpfe, dreckige Schränke, in der Waschmaschine wollte ich auch nichts waschen... Die Umgebung war jetzt auch nicht das optimale. Wir haben das Beste draus gemacht aber werden sicher nicht wieder...

"Frau de Caro hat uns mit offenen Armen freundlich empfangen. Alles war bestens vorbereitet. Sie ist eine feinfühlige Gastgeberin. Das Wandergebiet bietet für jeden etwas passendes. Der Bahnhof der Liestal Bahn ist nur 5. Min. entfernt, so dass man auch ohne Auto die Umgebung entdecken kann. Eine Woche war jetzt nicht genug, der Appetit ist geweckt und wir werden wiederkommen."

"The property was very much work in progress the owner had just finished with unit we stayed in but some of the rooms were low ceilings upper floor made us bump ou heads. The driveway was full of work equipment which meant that our car had to parked in the road. No laundry facilities which was a no no."

"Vermieter sind nett und das Essen im nebenan liegenden Restaurant ist super lecker. Ferienwohnung war sauber und sehr zweckmäßig, die Lage ist schön zentral. Basel, Zürich und der Rheinfall sind alle mit Tagesausflügen leicht zu erreichen und wandern kann man auch gehen. Auch ist der Ort mit Zug zu erreichen - da sollte man so 20 Gehminuten einplanen."

A recepcao do Moevenpick Lauslanne foi muito prestativa, nos conseguiu um quarto com desconto e tentou ate nos conseguir o reembolso, ao qual tinhamos direito ate as 16 horas. Nao sei de quem foi o erro da reserva, foi feita online , mas nao nos reembolsaram nada apesar de termos ficado na mesma rede de hoteis,"

Deixamos a estação de esqui mais cedo para aproveitar a piscina do hotel, conforme constava do anúncio e voucher do "Hotéis.com", e ao chegarmos fomos informados que o hotel não tem mais piscina!!! Não poderíamos mais fazer nada àquela altura, e acabamos ficando por lá mesmo, muito frustrados, inclusive porque poderíamos ter aproveitado mais Chamonix. Muito tristes com a Hotéis.com e com a Accor, proprietária do hotel. Um ponto triste da viagem."
