"The home and lake were beautiful as always. Great weather to enjoy a late summer vacation with family and friends in a tranquil setting. We enjoyed the screened porch most evenings and found the kitchen well-equipped to feed our group. This was our third stay in this amazing home. Thank you!"

"We have never been on a houseboat before and was really looking forward to our 3 night stay. The houseboat is really nice with all amenities. The lay out is a bit funky. Bedroom is upstairs with an outside entrance. Couch downstairs is second bed, didn’t sleep on it so don’t know how comfy that would be. We lost all water, through no fault of the owners and only got to stay one night. Owners graciously refunded 2 nights money. I would book again, very close to family. "

"This home is beautiful, it has plenty of living space, two living room areas a large kitchen and plenty of space for dining! The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of room for our large party to stay. There are a ton of toys to keep the kids busy which was a plus! The kitchen is stocked with all cooking ware you need and the bathrooms are all stocked nicely. The host is great with communication and super nice! We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again when we come back to...

"In Gainesville for a thirty-five year reunion with fraternity brothers. Eight of us stayed at the property, and enjoyed separate bedrooms and six bathrooms. Love the layout. Property in a quiet neighborhood, and not too far from campus. Looking forward to future reunions and hope to be able to secure this place again."

"Stayed here for a week for a family wedding in Green Cove. Note that there is about 500ft of dirt road to get to property, depening on weather could be an issue. This is also a pet friendly rental as well so if you have allergies to any animals be mindful of that. Convenient location, clean house with plenty of space. We would stay again. Thanks!"

"The decor is beautiful, beds comfy and amenities were just right. It's obvious that the apartment is older but very well updated. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and a little cleaning supplies to help clean throughout our stay. Could use more than 4 plates/bowls/forks/spoons... And towels... Was hoping for a broom but not provided. Nice to have the TV in the living room but could have used one in a bedroom when traveling with children. Pool was right across the quiet little street. Laundry...
