"Excellent property for extended family. Property was clean and well maintained. It comfortably slept our family of 7 adults and 6 children under the age of 8. Bunk room is a loft with windows without shades so you might consider bringing black out curtains for two windows. Convection feature on oven didn’t work and the plow person never showed up. Tap water had bad smell and taste. None of these things affected our trip- we still had a great time and loved the hot tub and basement game room. "

"We had a great stay in the cabin. Me and my friends rented for a weekend to ski at Bretton Woods, and the location is excellent (5 minutes)! Very close and easy to arrive at. The Cabin space is good, there is a big shared room for 6-8 people on the top floor. The temperature inside the cabin on ground level was ok since the tiles floor make it colder. But upstairs was very cozy and warm to sleep! The bathroom was clean, spacious and the water temperature is excellent! Mandatory to bring...

"Several couples enjoyed our stay Veterans Day weekend. Views of the mountains and sunrise were just beautiful. The house is huge and would’ve been comfortable with more people (There were only six of us.) We loved sitting by the fireplace. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was very well-equipped. Proactive communication we received before during and close to check out was very helpful. The area doesn’t have many restaurants, but what is there is very enjoyable. "

"This vacation rental was an excellent location to have a team retreat with friends that have an excellent bonding experience. It's great to have privacy for everyone and big public spaces. "This was our last vacation for our family before our oldest graduates and heads to college. We wanted a beautiful location with a nice house for family time and that is exactly what we got. The house is beautiful and clean with gorgeous views. The hot tub was a a nice bonus in a very unique house. We ran into two minor issues, the grill grates were completely rusted over no matter how hard I cleaned them and the few towels we found were tiny and not great. Literally, thats the only negative....

"This house was great. Couple of negative things, toilet upstairs doesn't flush properly and the trash can in the garage were already half full when we got there. Could of been a little cleaner (don't look under the couches) Other than all that it was perfect! Got 5inches of snow and all the kids had a great time sledding outside. The Oven was perfect for all the Thanksgiving dishes! Will definitely be back again!"

"The house was well maintained and perfect for people coming to check out the area! There were maps to just about every tourist destination, everything was labeled and set up for a family to visit. We went to Santa's Village and it was only a 10 minute drive to get there. Highly recommended!"
