"Clean room, Waffle House right next door is convenient. Close to a ton of other good restaurants. Hotel is kinda rough though, type that has locals living there, who were pretty much loud from morning til late night. Bed and mattress were messed up, broken springs and platform, so was kinda loud anytime you moved around on it and not very comfortable. Wifi was in and out both days I was there with good weather. If ya need a cheap clean place, its ok for that, but otherwise I wouldnt suggest for...

"The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. Just really odd that no one thought to fix that, or to even check that all appliances were operational in the few months the hotel has been opened. We reported to the...

"Check-in was quick and easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is in a great location and convenient for all the places we needed to go to. Parking was very convenient but there was a charge per day. "

"The hotel itself is great. The problem is the staff and housekeeping. One day they simply did not clean the room even though I called front desk 4 times. The first day the bathtub was clogged and it took them 1 h and 30” to send maintenance, I could not leave because it was not possible to have a shower. 6 nights and no vacuuming on the floor. The only lady that was nice was the one at breakfast. The others looked at us as if they were doing us a favor. The worst was this lady named Ashlund....

"Devido a pandemia covid19 não houve buffer de café da manhã, onde foi fornecido apenas alguns bolinhos e fruta, poderiam ter fornecido algo salgado tipo sanduíche ou ovos. Hotel bem démodé! "

"Great hotel, fully recommended! New, well kept, great staff ( front desk ladies and breakfast lady especially welcoming). Best breakfast ! Love the fruit. Just need a little bit more attention in the daily cleaning of the rooms, like vacuuming the carpet floor. Other than that, perfect place to stay. I have been before and will come back for sure !"
