Stunning Pacific Northwest Lakehouse on 100' waterfront near Seattle!

Welcome to our beautiful lake house, a true hidden gem nestled among lush trees and picturesque landscapes, with stunning views of the tranquil waters of Lake Goodwin. We're excited to share that we just completed a major renovation on the property in 2023, making this place even more comfortable and inviting than ever before.

Situated just 40 minutes north of downtown Seattle and a short drive to Vancouver Canada, this lake house is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. With spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, it's an ideal destination for large families, corporate offsites, and special events.

Our family has owned this amazing lake house for over 15 years and we've enjoyed countless summers here with our children. It's where they learned important life skills like fishing, building fires, and swimming. And now, we're thrilled to share our home with you.

Whether you visit in the summer or winter, you'll find the atmosphere to be peaceful and relaxing. In the summer, the lake is alive with people enjoying the water, with seaplanes touching down and the occasional sight of the Blue Angels flying by. In the winter, the fog settles on the lake, creating a serene atmosphere, and you'll see magnificent Blue Herons perched on the dock.

The main house boasts over 100 feet of warm waterfront, with a large **dock perfect for fishing, swimming, watersports, or just lounging in the sun. There's even a level-to-the-water beach that's perfect for wading. Inside, we've furnished the place from top to bottom, including the outdoor furniture, to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Our open concept kitchen and family room offer unobstructed views of the lake. The dining table seats 10, and our outdoor table right outside the kitchen seats 8. We have plenty of outdoor seating areas, private corners, and beautiful on-the-water seating. And with a fully stocked kitchen, including two dishwashers, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and plenty of wine glasses, you'll have everything you need for cooking, baking, or barbecuing.

The family room is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of activities, with a 75" TV, Internet access, and an oversized sectional that's just begging to be lounged on. And with bedrooms that are well-appointed with fresh linens, pillows, blankets, and towels, you'll feel right at home. We also have really good WIFI that covers the entire property.

For those looking for some fun and games, we've got you covered with board games, a pool table, and a ping pong table in the basement. And outside, you'll find plenty of outdoor furniture to lounge around in during the warm months.

Water toys, including Stand Up Paddleboards and Life Vests, are available for an additional fee. And with a large dock* that features a boat lift, a 10k lift for a big wakeboard boat, you'll have plenty of opportunities for watersports.

During fruit season, you can even pick a variety of apples, pears, red and yellow plums, and cherries from our trees at the end of the private driveway. And for those interested in basketball, we have a hoop in the cul-de-sac.

Our lake house comfortably sleeps 16 people, making it the perfect spot for family reunions, relaxing getaways, and corporate retreats. And with no other property nearby that's even close, you'll have the privacy and seclusion you crave.

We take the safety and cleanliness of our guests seriously and have always thoroughly cleaned and disinfected the entire house before and after guests' visits.

Please note: ALL events need to be pre-approved by the owners before booking and are subject to eviction otherwise. …and for all approved events tenants must agree to remove all garbage and recycle from the property prior to check-out, there is a transfer station nearby in Arlington.
