"This location was perfect! Steps from the beach , restaurants and bars. House was clean and had everything you needed. Communication was easy with the property owners. They let us know the house was ready to check in a couple hours early. If you want a beach retreat this place is perfect."

"This house was a perfect house for my family. The bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids too. The house was steps away from the beach. The property itself was clean and organized. We did have a small issue with the heater however the property management company was at the property within 30 mins. "I used to live in Newport Beach and visit the Coast every year as I now live in Arizona. My dear friend and I decided to rent a house this time instead of staying in a hotel as we celebrated my birthday. The house was in a great location adjacent to the beach so an easy walk. Happy to have garage parking as it would be awful to park on the street. The kitchen was terrific. The bedrooms could use some updating. The pillows need to be replaced.
