"I had to contact the company for check-in details when I arrived. I was in a hurry to get in by 4pm (check-in time) as I had plans to get ready for. When I contacted them, they responded quickly, but did not share why the check-in instructions were not already available, which was stressful -- especially after a long drive and while knowing I had limited time to get ready for my plans. Ultimately, I received check-in details only 10 minutes after check-in time; however, I received no explanation...

"Pro: The apartment decorating looks beautiful and warm. It's makes you feel like home. It was not far to explore the places in town. There’s lot of restaurants close by. The host was very easy to communicated with and very helpful. Con: The first night we got in the apartment, one of the bed sheets smelled like somebody sweat, one of them lamp ain’t working but it wasn’t a big deal. We’re figured one of the bedroom door it was too close to the desk whoever open the door would have hitting them...

"The Ascher was an excellent place to stay in uptown Charlotte. The view from the room was fantastic, and the property was clean and felt very safe. I would highly recommend it!""

"Do yourself a favor and rent this house. We picked the location because we had people flying in from all over the country and Charlotte was direct. We hit the jackpot on this house. The location was perfect and the owner so easy to work with. There was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. I would like to come back in the summer and stay in this house again! "

"We were getting together to chat and catch up and the house was great for that. My dog liked exploring the backyard and walks around the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. Allen provided all the information needed prior to check in and it was a breeze."

"This was a great stay! Great location to all major events. "

"We were allowed early access to the house which was appreciated. We were there for less than 24 hours so did not use the ample back yard or hot tub. An older home with it's quirks. The temperature in the house was a little tricky to regulate but manageable. The upstairs TV did not work I believe because there was not a remote that we could get to work. We appreciated the coffee for our early am check out. "

"Everything is as described. Great location and views. Very quiet and relaxing. House is very nice and comfortable. I liked the steam shower and decks. I would definitely stay again."

"Property was Amazing! It Fit our needs completely. We had 27 people staying at the property and it was big enough that we weren’t running into each other! Fire Pit & the outdoor Fire place was a hit. Property manager was in constant contact with us! Thank You!"

"Entrance was hard to find so I passed it on my first drive-by. And all of the construction going on around was not great. But the room was clean, it was easy walking distance to the spectrum center, and the staff was pleasant. Would definitely stay here again."

Good option for travellers

"Hotel is close to airport and always full of people. Reception is friendly and professional. I got last floor, but there is only one elevator, far from my room. If you have luggage, ask for a ground floor."
