"Came for a Family Wedding. Stayed from a Friday to Sunday. Danville KY was about 30 Minutes away. It's the closest city, enjoyed the shopping area. Had a Bk, McDonald's, Cracker Barrel and a Pizza/Italian Buffet called Giovanni's very good. Has a Walmart and Ollie's. Good location to check out for shopping. House was Beautiful inside, nice setup upstairs and downstairs. Hopefully Host got toilet downstairs in full working condition so you can have full use of toilet & tub. All in all we had a...

"The instructions were perfect!! The view was amazing!! The place was clean and well stocked so if you forgot something, it’s probably there. Whoever this property is really cares about your stay. Loved the local channels with the antenna. Lots of DVD movies to choose from. I can’t wait to book my next trip. "

"We loved our time at this Kentucky Riverside Retreat! Space was comfortable and spaceous, clean, and well maintained. Just an FYI for others, the dock is about 5 feet above the water surface. It did not make it easy to launch kayaks as there was not flat ground. Not sure if the water level was lower than normal, but you may want to bring a ladder or some mechanism to get into the water. Thanks for the great stay!"

"Clean and neat home in the heart of Berea. Just the right size for two friends reuniting with a few others for a 40th reunion of a post-college volunteer program. Looking forward to renting again in the next few years!"

"Stayed at this location for Centre College Homecoming. Conveniently located in walking distance to campus and downtown. Tons of parking and very cute apartment. Good space to all hang out together in the large living room. Bed was very comfortable, but the futons were a bit stiff to sleep on. Would stay again for a future Danville event! "

"What a great stay Quiet peaceful,fantastic place "

"Enjoyed our stay. Well equipped, up-to-date and comfortable. Only 2 minor issues. Some of the dishes from the previous guest had been put away dirty and had to be re-washed. It would be nice have a clear path (or sidewalk) to get to the stairs leading up to the entrance instead of having to walk through wet, dewy grass."

"Plenty of room for the 5 of us that stayed there, great location, would stay again if we're down that way again."

"We loved our stay! Lots of space and comfort for our large group and more than enough entertainment for kids, adults and pups alike. Over 4th of July there were views of nearby fireworks off the front porch. The sunset off the back porch over the rolling hills was also exceptional. Kyle was quick to respond with any questions before and during our stay. The nearby Wilderness Trails distillery is also worth visit!"

"We enjoyed staying at this property. It was spacious for 2 and could fit 4 comfortably. The furniture and bed were comfortable and the place was very clean. It also had nice amenities such as full fridge, microwave, and stove. The location was somewhat off of the beaten path but not far from I-75 and Berea and being near the beautiful Lake Linville was a bonus. "

"The bath tub showers do not work or very difficult to figure out how to work. We had to take baths instead of showers."

"We stayed for one night while visiting EKU for our son's baseball game. The place was clean and conveniently located, making it easy to get around. The host was very responsive. We were worried about noise but we never heard a peep from anyone! Overall, it was a comfortable stay that met our needs."

"Very nice property. Very spacious with boat dock, hot tub and a boat ramp. My sons loved exploring the property and fishing off the dock. Very relaxing picturesque experience. Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and just enjoy your day. Property manager was very accommodating and responded very quickly . owner was very accom"

"Great little place, easy parking, close to EKU campus. Clean and Andrew was quick to respond. Only concern was that the bed was a little soft for us but that’s just personal preference!"

"The house was very nice and spacious, and had some nice old school charm. I loved the cave in the back and it felt private with the long driveway. A bit hard to find in the dark but once I did everything was great :)"
