Villa Miramar is a beautifully decorated beachfront, 2 level condo with three bedrooms, 2.5 bath, spacious living area and large balcony overlooking the beach. Located on the East End at Anchorage, there is a pool, tennis court and gym. The St. Thomas Yacht Club is right next door and you're close to Red Hook, the Ferry to St. John, Nightlife and restaurants.

Villa Miramar is a beautifully decorated two floor condo just steps away from the ocean and is the perfect place to spend your next beach vacation.

As you enter Villa Miramar you are greeted with an upscale, open concept kitchen with granite countertops and new cabinets with all the utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals. The living and dining rooms have plenty of space for dining and for relaxing, or watching the flat screen TV. Gather here for food, fun, and conversation. With so much space there is room for everyone, so enjoy the company of friends and family. The balcony has a barbecue for grilling and overlooks not only the beach, but it also overlooks the pool, tennis court, marina, and the St. Thomas Yacht Club (its just next door). But what you will enjoy most on this balcony are the stunning sunrises and sunsets.
The main floor features a master bedroom, and a 2nd bedroom, plus two bathrooms. The washer/dryer is also located on this floor. As you travel up the whimsical spiral staircase to the 2nd level, you are greeted with a skylight, a comfy sitting area, a king size bed, and an additional half bath. Central air conditioning cools the entire condo, but once you experience the ocean breeze that flows freely thru each room, you likely won't need it.

Other features include parking, fitness center, covered balcony, beach chairs, and proximity to Red Hook, with its restaurants, nightlife, duty-free shopping, and ferries to St. John. We offer so much fun on property, and there's more fun to be had only 10 minutes away. They say LOCATION is everything. We are close to everything and also offer prime positioning at Anchorage Condominiums, where your view from our balcony looks down the beach, and at the pool and tennis court.

Wedding Weekend
Though there was no sun the entire time we were in St Thomas, we still managed to have a great time. There were a few bumps along the way, but Carrie was quick to address and rectify them. The condo was well outfitted, quiet and close to the Yacht Club where the wedding reception was...so walking back was a perk. Plenty of room for 5 adults. We would definitely stay again.

Best Girl Scout Trip
Stayed here with my daughter's girl scout troop. We were 5 teenagers and 2 adults. We had plenty of room, the loft was great for the girls. The location was perfect! We did rent a car, this was the cheaper option instead of trying to get a taxi when we explored and went to St. John. This was one of our best trips, the girls had a great time!!

Great getaway
The place was beautiful with enough beds and baths for our family of 5 adults. They also had coolers and beach chairs and snorkel gear in the apartment which was a great surprise!! The location was central to everything which was so nice. A lot of awesome beaches close by. Our favorite was Lindquist beach. We had an amazing time at St Thomas!!

This condo was the perfect location. It was super close to Red Hook and everything that Red Hook has to offer. The condo itself was the best stocked condo I have ever stayed in, everything we needed was there including beach towels/toys.

10/10 Would do again! Not the best beach but location makes up for it!
The Condo: The condo itself was immaculate. It included anything and everything we needed, including beach chairs for us and beach toys for our small kiddos! The place was super clean and the view of the bay is incredible. Everything was updated and very nice. One thing to note is that this is on the 3rd-ish floor so if you have trouble with a flight and a half of stairs then this might not be for you. The Location: The view from the balcony is fantastic but the beach here is not the best. Super rocky and lots of sea grass before the water is up to my waist. There is another beach on the other side of cowpet bay that is a bit nicer but it is a 5-10 minute walk taking shortcuts across other properties which wasn’t the best with kids. HOWEVER, probably one of the best parts about this condo is that it’s a 5 minute drive to secret harbor which was hands down the best beach we’ve found on St Thomas and even better if you have little kids. It’s also less than 10 minutes to Redhook which means it’s also very close to Saphir and Lindquist beach which we never really got to enjoy due to strong north winds (another plus for Secret Harbor!). So despite the beach there not being great for swimming, the location relative to everything else makes up for it in my opinion. So far no random extra charges for anything so as long as nothing changes on that front I would 10/10 recommend and would go back again with our family

This was a perfect spot for my family. We felt like we were home. Was so clean and everything you need in a Spring getaway. Gorgeous views and close to all the beautiful beaches and attractions. Would 100% stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay on St. Thomas
This condo is just as advertised in a convenient location on St. Thomas. It is just south of the Red Hook area on the east side of the island. Red Hook has shopping and restaurants, but the condo is near but not in that area so it was quiet. The car ferry to St. John and a boat excursion we booked both left from Red Hook, so we were very close. Every amenity we wanted was provided. We cooked breakfast most days and cooked dinner on the gas grill one evening. The view from the balcony is of the pool and a small beach. Sunsets were beautiful! The only maintenance issue we had concerned hot water in one of the showers. Meghan was very responsive and sent someone out right away to adjust the flow setting in the water heater, which solved the problem. We were not disappointed, and highly recommend this condo for your stay on St. Thomas.

Right on the Beach!
Carrie was a phenomenal host and helped us from start to finish! Very easy to work with and responded same day on every request! Thanks for everything, Carrie! This location is right on the water! We came in for a destination wedding and the wedding couple was staying at the Elysian. For those wondering (and there are mixed messages), you ABSOLUTELY can walk to the Elysian / Caribbean Fish Market (highly recommend dinner here at least once) from this property. It is about a 7 minute walk and you see the water the entire time. Red Hook is about a 7 minute drive. Sapphire Beach is about a 10-12 minute drive. The property itself is really clean and is fairly priced for the market. It is located in front of the St. Thomas Yacht Club. There is a pool and what I consider a private beach. The beach is public, but it's slightly rocky and is out of the way for anyone just walking around, so no one is ever there. We swam in the ocean and walked the beach just fine. If you're looking for a place to stay around Red Hook/Cowpet Bay, this is the place to stay.

St. Thomas at its best.
Much better equipped than the average vacation rental. Clean, fresh and beautifully upgraded with a modern kitchen that has solid wood cabinetry and marble countertops. The condo is located in the America building at the Anchorage, next to the beach. With a great view, this condo catches the water’s cooling breeze that gives its deck a more comfortable feeling than Anchorage condos further away from Cowpet Bay. We highly recommend this condo and the Anchorage in general due to its superior location and beautiful landscaping. With the yacht club just down Rottini Beach we were fortunate to experience the 30th Optimist Regatta while we visited. Grocery shopping, numerous restaurants, gift shops, walking paths, the St. John ferry and great beaches are all minutes away. We highly recommend this vacation stay for all the activity you want or peace and quiet with a warm breeze softly rustling through the palm trees.

Family Celebration
What a fabulous trip! We couldn’t have asked for more. The Red Hook area was perfect place stay and central to all of the island. Take the ferry to St. John’s! It was a highlight. Carrie went out of her way to make me feel comfortable when making arrangements. A car is a must! We rented a jet and had fun exploring. The accommodations were lovely. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything! Spent time at pool and gym! Your suggestions for food were spot on! We even found other really good spots to eat and shop at for food/supplies. Cost U Less is the place to get your groceries, trust me it’s cheaper!!! Love the neighbors. They were friendly and gave great tips! We definitely will be back! Thank you for everything!

The location is perfect. Very close to Red Hook. The condo is very large. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and lots more should others have stayed. Also loved all of the kitty cats running around the property grounds!

The condo was very clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach so we had to walk down to the next beach in order to swim. Maybe it was just the time of year. They did try to clean it up everyday..it was just an over abundance. But we enjoyed ourselves overall and would recommend this place.

Great Condo in Redhook
We had a great stay at this condo. It is conveniently located close to Redhook (a very short drive or taxi ride away), where groceries and restaurants are located. Eat out or cook in at this fully equipped condo with a grill on the deck. Will definitely return. Only negative comment is the hot water. It is not direct for each unit so shower temp ranged from cold to hot during every shower. Still highly recommend.
