"No hot water, only luke warm. Could never get new pool towels, the attendant was either not there or they had no towels. Everything else was great. Quiet, safe, fairly conveniently located to other things on the island if you have a car. The hilltop pool area is absolutely beautiful. "

"O Hotel está falido. Há décadas sem manutenção, tudo quebrado. O serviço, sem dúvida, foi o pior que já vi. Com falta de funcionários e os poucos que trabalham são extremamente rudes e mal educados. Não há qualquer tipo de auxílio aos hóspedes, as coisas básicas faltam… a limpeza é inexistente, o hotel parece um cenário de guerra. "Loved my stay at this well run resort. The views from my rental were fantastic. The unit was clean and comfortable the balcony was spacious and welcoming. The food at both restaurants was top quality. Will definitely be returning!"

"First of all before I say anything else I want to say anyone visiting St Thomas should absolutely rent a car it's a must. A Jeep is even better because a few Beach roads were very off-road, most of them though a car is just fine. The hotel itself was very nice the food was surprisingly good in the restaurant. The swimming pool/ hot tub is open until midnight which was pretty awesome. The views from the hotel are spectacular. But the island in general is like this it is super hilly here very...

"The Pink Palm provides its guests with an attractive hotel in the center of Charlotte Amalie, which makes it possible for guests to walk round town and avoid taxis. Each room is unique in its design. Many have lovely views of the harbor, as do the many patios. Equally important, maybe more important, the staff goes above-and-beyond. Anything we wanted appeared quickly and was presented enthusiastically. "

"5 star resort with 2 star service. Some of the wait staff were rude and combative, which is very disappointing considering the price you are paying for drinks and food. Beach and property were amazing. Still had a great time, but likely won't go back. "

"We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a spectacular view. Apartment was very clean. Kitchen amenities were fine, although no skillet. Toured Bluebeard’s Museum which was really fun and interesting. Pool area also had spectacular views. Great location."

"This is the cutest little place. It is quaint and the staff was great. It's a studio type room, but it's clean and the view of the ocean was amazing. A/c, tv, internet all worked well. Close to shopping and restaurants. It's not fancy, but it is incredibly charming. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a safe, quiet, clean room with some beautiful views. "
