The single-level home opens up to a staggering 3000 square feet of hidden luxury. It is a short walk or 2-minute drive to the vibrant Village of Saint Simons, bustling with a pier, lighthouse, Beach, and endless entertainment options. This area, known for its popular restaurants and lively nightlife, is easily accessible. Additionally, the home is conveniently located a 5 minute drive from the King and Prince. Beach Crew Cottage is 0.8 miles from the nearest beach access.
Returning to the home - The back deck is a delightful throwback to the laid-back, island-life vibe of 1950’s Americana. Think of it as an outdoor living room, a breezy, open-air lounge that's the centerpiece of Beach Crew Cottage. Picture plush seating, an oversized outdoor TV, and even a shower under the open sky, all designed to immerse you in those nostalgic, carefree vacations that may only exist in our memories.
Fire up the gas grill and let the kids turn the massive 20 foot by 40 foot, heated pool into their personal splash kingdom. Poetic language aside, this home truly has one of the island's finest pools. It is surrounded by a large deck with lounge chairs and even tiny pool loungers, custom made for children.
Finally, we step inside to the spacious living room where you can sit by the fireplace, enjoying the raised ceilings. This room has a great TV for movies and leads directly into the "wooden coffee bar," complete with a mini-fridge, bar sink, and a blender. Pineapple slices and mini umbrellas are not included, but highly recommended. You will also find one of the home's two kitchens. The main kitchen has fine stainless steel appliances and all of the shiny gizmos you’d expect in a home of this quality.
Through the kitchen, you’ll find your way to the dining room. It has seating for 8. Off of the dining room and through the barn door, an office with a pull out sleeper chair provides privacy for meetings or naps. This room would be a more than suitable bedroom, if needed.
Off to Bed:
The Master Suite: King-size dreams happen here. This room features a TV, a couple's shower, and in the next room a deep water soaking tub.

The Bunk Room: Triple bunk bed and a love seat. This room has a large TV and an Apple home for music.
Bunk Room 2: This room standard twin bunks, with a third trundle underneath.
The second more modest kitchen/laundry is found near the bunk room.
Includes wireless internet. There is a fee to heat the pool. The yard is fully fenced.
Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation.

Pet Policy: Properties designated as pet-friendly require a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Only dogs are accepted. Cats are not allowed. Emmons Realty accepts a maximum of 2 dogs, with a maximum weight of 65lbs per dog. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. We cannot allow pit bulls. No exceptions will be made for any part of this policy.
