** Beginning November 5, 2024, the King and Prince Resort will resume work on the walkways on all levels of the North and South Villas. The work is expected to be completed (weather permitting) by mid-February 2025. There will be no work scheduled from November 26-31 and December 23-31. During this time there will be considerable noise, dust generation, and the presence of construction workers.

Our guests have access to all the amenities of the resort including the hotel pools, bar, restaurant (Echo), fitness room, business center, tennis courts, access to Hampton Golf Club, room service and more. Restaurants, shopping and a bike rental shop are just a short walk away.
