Tropical Gate Way on 20th is a 4 Bedroom/2 Bathroom pool home that accommodates 8 guests. This home says "Florida Vacation" as soon as you walk in. Bright cheerful decor and colors are throughout the property.
Enjoy the split floor plan along with a well equipped kitchen for the day you just want to stay in. Comfort throughout the home and a backyard that is designed for fun in the sun! Open the sliders to your "Knock your Flip Flops off"
backyard! Heated pool with a brick paver deck, tropical landscaping and a privacy fence. You can enjoy lounging poolside, grilling and dining outdoors. The shed in the yard holds all your pool toys and beach equipment so you can load your wagon with the beach necessities and head to Indian Rocks beach which is just a few short blocks. Tropical Gate Way home is a spot for making memories and we hope you make it your return destination as often as you can.

Dining Room: Table with 6 chairs, sliding doors to outdoor pool area

Living Room: Sectional sofa, coffee table, end table, TV w/ console table, 2 chairs

Master Bedroom: King size bed, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan, TV, dresser, chair. Ensuite bathroom with single vanity and step in shower. Laundry Room off of the master with washer and dryer, folding station, iron and ironing board,
Bedroom #2: Queen bed, nightstand, dresser, ceiling fan, TV
Bedroom #3: 2 Twin beds, bookshelf, nightstand, chair, ceiling fan
Bedroom #4: Queen bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, ceiling fan

Outdoor Area: Heated pool, dining table w/ 4 chairs & umbrella. Dining table w/ 6 chairs & umbrella, 4 sun loungers, 2 small tables, grill. Shed with beach wagons
beach chairs, pool toys.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Parking: This property allows 4 parking spots in the driveway.

Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Situated in the very center of town, to all the greatest restaurants, pubs and parks, not to mention the Trolley stops along the way for busting out and exploring the whole coast.
Within walking distance, you will find some of the best area restaurants and ice cream shops. As well as beachwear shopping locations.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
