Beach weekend!
Great place and location! House was spacious and fully stocked with the essentials including plenty of towels, beach wagons, umbrella, etc. there was plenty of beds that accommodated our group. Will be back!

4th of July stay
House was as described. Plenty of room for everyone, 4 adults and 3 kids. Conveniently located near grocery store and literally a 4 minute walk to the beach. Would stay here again.

Great home close to the beach.
We had 7 people in our group and the home was excellent for a group of our size. The kids loved the ping pong table and now want one of their own. The home was clean and in a nice area. The beach is walkable from the home but we chose to park closer. It was Memorial Day weekend and the lots were full around 9 am so you have to get there early on holiday weekends! The only complaint was a personal preference that some of the beds were more firm than preferred. Otherwise it was a perfect weekend and we’d stay again!

Spring Break Visit
The property had everything you would need both in the house to feel comfortable and outdoors to enjoy the big backyard or the beach which is a short walk. We had a wonderful time and it was exactly what we were looking for to enjoy our time in Florida.

Beach weekend
Spent a few days at the end of our vacation playing on the beach. Lovely, quiet location in a residential neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach with our 4 kids ages 6-12. Beautiful sandy beach great for shell collecting with calm waves. Enjoyed all the “extras”-beach gear/wagon, ping pong, games. Kitchen was well equipped, but fridge and stove needed a bit of clean before using. Easy to get ahold of Liz despite her being on vacation and she left alternate contacts. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Wonderful, spacious
Great place to stay, homey and cute! Safe, quiet neighborhood. Everything you need is there for a fun day at the beach or lots to do if you stay in. Close to lots of things, restaurants, shops, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

3rd year in a row.
As the title says, this is our third year in a row staying in this house. And once again, we were not disappointed. The house and the location are perfect for our little family including our dog. The beach it’s just steps away, and there are many choices for dining and entertainment. Close by. Also, if you are a member of the American Legion, 273 is on the water as extremely close to the house. In short, I would definitely recommend choosing this house for your next vacation.

Great Location.
This porperty was a very mice size for our family. Everyone really enjoyed the ping pong table, this was a nice touch. The best part is the location. Very close to beach, took about 5 minutes to walk there. The back yard is a nice size, but not maintained the best. A little overgrown with bushes and vines. Made it hard to see our small dogs most of the time. But they didnt seem to mind. The outside furniture was nice but covered in ants. The place was very nicely decorated, loved the beach theme. The tub/shower in the main bathroom was clogged and filled with water our entire stay. We had small children with us, this made it difficult to bathe them as this was the only tub in the home. The owners were quick to respond when i told them and said they knew about it, but couldnt get it looked at until after our stay. We were able to make it work with just a tiny shower. With all the extras offered and the great location we would definitely stay again. Very beautiful home.

Too many disgusting items to list
Outside has not been painted in at least 20 years, bed sheets were not changed from prior persons stay, I have photos of the filthy condition of the inside and outside of this property. We will never use VRBO again! This house should be condemed.

House is spacious, beautiful and clean. Kitchen & linens are all well stocked. We were very comfortable and we had WiFi and cable. About 5-7 minute walk to the beach access. Recommend 100%.

Great house and location for a family get together
We had a great time at Liz's property! The house was clean and well stocked and true to the listing photos. Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful back yard, games for kids and adults. It was very kid friendly, and just a short walk to the beach. We would love to come back. The house was perfect for my family to come in from out of state and have our first Christmas together in 5 years!

Nice place had a good stay. Neighborhood was nice and beach was close. The only problem was the ac was broken while I was there. The owner took action asap but the ac guys could not fix the problem. The owner was reasonable with us on giving a refund for our time there.

Family beach vacation
Nice cottage with short walk to the beach. Nice fenced backyard to walk pets, appreciated use of a beach wagon, and enjoyed playing ping-pong. A/C, washer & dryer worked great. Only draw-back was the hard-as-rock mattresses, TV connections, and long drive. Daughter actually preferred sleeping on the coach vs bed. All-in-all a good time with family at the beach. Next time we'll find one with a shorter drive. Thanks, Kenneth

Excellent, once again.
This is my second time staying in this house, and it did not disappoint at all. The house is very comfortable and incredibly clean. The location is fantastic, Although it’s not on the beach, it is very short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend booking your next Florida vacation here.

Remington Beach
We had a short walk to the beach. You can catch a trolley from the main road to Johns Pass and Madera Beach if you do not want to walk. The accommodations were very clean and had all that we needed. It was a great trip.
