Location to beach and dining perfect
Classic seaside cottage with rooms for two families plus mom. Outdoor cabana served as master for CA couple and three bedrooms gave parents and ‘nana with three under 9 lots of choices. Well- stocked kitchen tools and beach chairs and toys with plenty of towels. Don’t expect fancy just trust charm and comfort!

Clearwater Beach house
Location is super!! Steps from the beach and maybe 5 minute walk to everything Clearwater. Guest house is cute. House needs some updating. The AC had an issue while we were there so I messaged property manager and within couple hours they had someone there to fix it. Overall an ok place to stay.

Location, location, location!!!
Our stay was wonderful! The location was its selling point. You could walk to the beach which was only feet away as well as walk downtown for restaurants and shopping. The heated pool was great and the beds were incredibly comfortable! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and the guest house was beautiful and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute little property with AMAZING location!
This property was perfect for our two families. The main house had three bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The pool house had a bedroom/living room area with a bathroom. Our two families had a total of 4 adults, 3 teens, and 4 kids. The kids loved the pool. Everyone loved the close proximity to the beach. The property had lots of different kitchen items for cooking. There was a small building with a washer and dryer. This building also had beach chairs, beach umbrella and a wagon to take things to the beach. The house had both regular towels and pool towels. There were multiple hair dryers, fans for the rooms, and even a pack n play. The front door was missing the door handle which needs to be fixed but didn't bother us much. We just made sure the door was locked when not in use. The property manager was in good communication with us the entire stay. We didn't have any major problems. The house just needs a little TLC but other than that it was a great property with an amazing location.

AMAZING location and accommodation!
We truly loved this beach house! It has everything you need plus much more! The beds are extremely comfortable, and you are just steps to the beach! Arrival was easy, and no issues with check-in or entry. The pool heated for us to an amazing temperature to be able to swim in February! We booked this house to celebrate my 40th birthday, and I was not disappointed! We read the previous reviews about certain supplies only being a few items, and so we prepared but otherwise you have more than what you need! The bathrooms are clean, and the location simply cannot be beat. Less than a mile walk from Clearwater Beach and the pier. We look forward to booking this home again!

This property cannot get any closer to the beach! The prime location allows for easy walking to bars, restaurants, and shops. During our stay our family enjoyed the heated pool and grilling in the backyard.

Disaster!
I’m still trying to resolve an issue with this property, they do NOT respond. We stayed Mon-Fri and informed them Mon the pool was dirty, it wasn’t cleaned until Thursday. We were unable to use the guest house at all because there were 40+ horse flies inside. I took a video and sent it to them, they claimed they would send someone and never did. There are 4 large trash cans outside and all were overflowing and one was covered in maggots. The sofa is quite stained. My stay ended 2 weeks ago and I’m still trying to get reimburse for the complete inability to use the pool or the guest house. The only thing that saved this vacation is that this place is steps away from the beach.

Do NOT STAY HERE!
When we first arrived it was dark out and the keypad to the door was broke. We had to call the emergency line several times before someone helped us find a spare key after searching with them on the phone for over an hour. The front door knob came off in my daughters hand from the inside once we were in and we had to sleep with the house not secured for the first night. The only reason we picked this cottage was because we wanted a private pool. Well the pool was not in working order. The filter, pump, and heater were off and broken. The pool was filthy on the bottom with garbage and piles of dirt and leaves. The top of the pool was no better. I asked for a skimmer because there wasn’t any and that never arrived. I called abs texted several times during our stay to complain about the pool conditions. No one responded. However, they did send someone out to fix the door and he had no work order for the pool. The gentleman that worked for AML rentals told me they have completely abandoned this property since all their other properties were an hour away. He took one look at the poool and said “wow you should complain”. The guest house had ants allover the bed so we didn’t utilize that either and the washer and dryer did not work. The house is is a dump and completely falling apart. It does not look like the pictures and the host does not care whatsoever about you. They never apologized about the pool, they just kept promising someone would be out. No one ever came.

Great stay
The property was a building away from the beach, very convenient. The location is walking distance to Pier 60 and other main road shops and restaurants. The pool was enjoyed by all ages. There were beach supplies (chairs, tents, toys available to use). The king beds in the main house were very comfortable. We appreciated the kitchen cooking and eating utensils supplied, Grandma especially appreciated the Keurig. It was more like a hotel for the starter supplies offered (a couple rolls TP, small bottle shampoo, etc., a dishwasher tablet). I have not had that with previous VRBO rentals. Downfalls would be: no oven mitt/potholder for kitchen, limited bathroom space, bunk bed room temp was warmer than other rooms. We would stay here again!

Excellent location and a charming property!
Location, location, location! This property has it in spades! First, the beach is about a driveway's width away. It takes less than one minute to be hanging out at the ocean. There were also beach accessories in the storage area (chairs, umbrella, cooler, wagon) that made going to the beach convenient and easy. Second, you can walk to most places on Clearwater Beach - restaurants, excursions, shopping, etc. We only used the rental car when we left Clearwater Beach. When I viewed the property pictures before booking, I was a little concerned about the tall building next to the property - I thought it might feel intrusive. That turned out not to be a concern; instead, it provided a little afternoon shade for the pool. I wasn't sure how much use we would get from the pool, and again, it was not an issue. We used it every day! It was a great way to start the day and unwind at the end of a busy day. Yes, I highly recommend this property.

Easy beach and pool access
What a gem. We visit Clearwater every year and will be back to this location. My 3yr absolutely loved the private pool and how close we were to the beach. Location had a pack and play onsite which was very convienent.

Perfect location
The convenient location of this property is unsurpassed. You walk right out of the front door and onto the beach entrance. So many restaurants on the strip that are in walking distance. The pool in the back yard was very nice for hanging out. The only negative was that we had to re-clean the pans and dishes before we used them as they were sub standard.

Winter Conference in the Sun
The property was clean and neat. The small size was offset by the pool in the back and the detatched cottage. The location was perfect and private. We really enjoyed our stay with our close friends!

Best Location, could be a great property
This house was perfect for our family and I would definitely stay here again. With a few small improvements this would be a 5-star luxury rental. Steps from the beach, and with an excellent pool, soft beds and cute kitchen, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Property
We loved this house. Right by the trail to the beach. Nice pool in the back yard. Clean and comfortable. Only change needed is the bedroom with the bunk beds has a big window that looks in to the kitchen. We had to hang a blanket up for privacy in there.

Property Infested with HUNDREDS of BUGS
The "guest house" area, which held about half of the sleeping area was infested with HUNDREDS of BUGS. We called AMI Locals to have this issue fixed that day (Saturday) and were told that they would not have anyone out until Monday. Instead, they brought a single set of linens Sunday morning. This helped very little as the comforter, bed, couch, curtains, walls, floors, etc. were crawling with bugs. Half of our party was forced to sleep on the floor in the main house, which was also grungy. We looked for hotels to sleep that night but the Clearwater area was booked. We left the following day, cutting our trip in half. The owner offered us a 25% refund, what a slap in the face!

Perfect location for the beach
This property was really amazing. We went with a small group of friends and having separate houses was perfect. The property itself has everything you need: beach chairs w/ wagon, heated pool, stocked kitchen, and multiple bathrooms. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Clearwater.

Really cute and SO close to beach!
Really cute and SO close to beach! This house was really cute inside and sleeps so many people too! Loved the split plan, Lots of room for both my brothers and my family, plus our parents came and stayed in the guest house a couple days too! IT IS STEPS FROM THE BEACH! Nice pool area with lounge chairs... Coming back as soon as we can! Had a great time!
