Get ready to vacation in paradise at this 4th-floor Gulf-front condo overlooking the aqua waters and sugary white beaches of Indian Rocks Beach! 🐬Relax and unwind at this coastal condo just steps from the Gulf of Mexico! Spend the day lounging at the beachside pool or grab your beach chairs and head to the private beach! Feeling up for some fun? There is a beachside pickleball/tennis court available as well! When you are ready to relax and unwind, head back upstairs to the condo's private balcony to take in the amazing view and breathtaking sunsets!

Once inside, the Gulf views don't end! This expansive, 3-bedroom condo has views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, master bedroom & balcony! You will have plenty of space for the whole family with this open floor plan and spacious living area! This condo comes equipped with a full kitchen that features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The main suite includes balcony access, a king bed, a desk, and an ensuite bathroom. This ensuite includes a double vanity, walk-in shower, and toilet. The second bedroom boasts both a queen bed and bonus twin bunk bed, plus an adjacent full bath with a shower/tub combo and toilet. The third bedroom is also adjacent to the bathroom and features a comfy queen-size bed.
