Downtown Dunedin Walking District

Located in the heart of Downtown Dunedin. The best of everything! New construction offers convenience, quality and security for a wonderful experience. Full-sized gourmet kitchen with granite counters, and stainless appliances, spa-like large bathrooms, full-size washer and dryer and top of the line furnishings will ensure a visit that will make return visits something you will want to do regularly. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and double vanities. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. The living room and both bedrooms have new televisions and Direct TV, Netflix and Prime. High-speed internet access is included and the unit has individually controlled central heat and air conditioning as well as ceiling fans throughout. This condo is located on the second floor of a mixed use commercial building and has two retail shops downstairs. We love the shops and think you will enjoy them, too. One is a ladies' clothing store and the other features unique home decor. Walk this quaint community filled with the best restaurants, local breweries and bars, and enjoy live entertainment. Visit the marina, walk or bike the Pinellas Trail, enjoy Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands Beach, shop the locally owned retail businesses and galleries and see why Dunedin is consistently touted as one of the best walking communities, places to retire, and cities in Florida. There is no better place to experience Dunedin for a quick getaway, snowbird retreat or as a festival destination. You'll enjoy what our community has to offer year round and be impressed with the lively streets during 2nd Friday Night on the Town, Weekend Farmers Market, Mardi Gras, St. Paddy's Day, Cinco de Mayo and Wines the Blues. Downtown delight
Once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. We so appreciate the space and cleanliness here. The location is perfect for exploring the downtown, but it is also tucked away and quiet. We’re looking forward to our next stay.

Adorable Apartment
The owner was very nice to work with as we had some unfortunate circumstances to deal with. The apartment was very nice, tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Charming Downtown Condo
What a wonderful experience! This condo is in a perfect location. Christine and Jorge were very welcoming hosts. They ensured we understood where to park and how to access the property, well in advance of our arrival. Jorge greeted us at the door and was available to answer any questions we may have. Christine was so kind in offering multiple suggestions for dinner. The condo was spotlessly clean with the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable mattresses. The bathrooms were large with high-end touches. The open concept kitchen and greatroom offered plenty of space for everyone to unwind. We especially enjoyed relaxing out on the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay in beautiful Dunedin. We look forward to visiting again for a longer duration. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property!

Perfect Location, Superb Property!
Living in the area already, we were doing a little staycation for our anniversary. Needless to say we found the absolute perfect place to stay! Right in the heart of downtown Dunedin, this unit had everything…updated throughout the whole place, plenty of towels, coffee, stocked cabinets, you name it. The check in process was also very easy. They came out when we arrived to show us how to make sure the doors were locked each time we left. The place is definitely very secure, which was a great feeling. We didn’t have to get in our car the whole weekend, as anything we wanted was within walking distance. Next time we go to Dunedin and need a place to stay this is the first property we will look up!

Luxury in Downtown Dunedin
We had a delightful stay. Everything you would find at home was here, kitchen supplies, paper towels, toilet tissues, tissues, towels, beach towels, laundry detergent, etc. The beds were comfortable, the pillows. The bathrooms were luxurious, the living room comfy. It is clean, clean, clean. The owners are very gracious. We could walk downstairs to eat at numerous restaurants, stroll the shops, have a drink. The local beaches are lovely, Honeymoon Island, our favorite, Clearwater Beach.

This condo is top shelf. Located in downtown Dunedin you are close to everything and always have a first rate experience. Two thumbs up from us. Christine and Jorge are wonderfully accommodating and responsive. They are just really nice people. We will be back.

Dunedin Weekend
The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need for a short or long getaway. You can park your car and walk to everything down Main Street. Lots of boutiques for shopping and lots of different restaurants to choose from. Close to Honeymoon Island and a short drive to Tarpon Springs.

Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, great layout, and stocked with everything you need for a great stay. 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms.This was our 4th time staying here and will always book it when visiting Dunedin. Great location in the middle of town that has tons of bars, breweries and great restaurants . You can walk everywhere. Jorge and Christine are wonderful hosts. If it’s available, don’t hesitate to book this Condo.

Beautiful unit and stellar location.
The unit it beautiful, spacious and centrally located. Owner was very responsive and helpful. If you are a light sleeper don’t sleep in the room to the left of the entry. It sounded like washers and/or dryers running all night long. Also, I don’t recall seeing this is the instructions but I got a text from the owner after check-out that we had to vacate the parking spaces by 10:45 am and we had gone to get breakfast. We made it back in time but that put a damper on the morning. Other than these two items this was a very good rental and I would stay here again. This is a quaint area near the water. This Floridian loved it.

Simply Outstanding
Jorge and Christine, our hosts, were the most attenitive, accessible, and honest hosts we have ever encountered. They care about your stay and actively resond to any request while making you feel like family. The apartment is well stocked with extra towels in both bathrooms, extra sheets and pillows in the bedrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. The balcony off the living room faces south, you see the sun from sunup to sundown. An extremely attractive addition since we spent January and February in the unit. All locks are four number codes so no keys are needed. There are two locked doors you need to enter, about 5 yards apart due to the design of the building, before you arrive at the elevator. We were appreciative of the extra level of security and its really no big deal. The location is absolutely perfect. You are in the middle of town and everything, restaurants, shops, bars, breweries, and the dock, is walking distance from your door. The garbage is picked up quite early in the morning and does make a lot of noise. After a few days it became background noise and wasnt quite so annoying. With the garbage being addressed often, it results in absolutely no garbage smells which in my mind is an added value. Overall, we couldn't have had a better experience with our hosts and the unit.

Great place in a great location
This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The property is right downtown and in easy walking distance to everything downtown has to offer. Great amenities, balcony overlooking the parking lot, and nice touches like some Christmas decorations. Loud garbage truck emptying a dumpster behind the property about 7:00 AM, but nothing can be done about that really. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay. The location was right on Main St. and walking distance to all of downtown. The condo was a great size with a nice living area. Would stay here again!
