Michael acted fast, bought the property, and set about remodeling it one space at a time. When Sherridon came along in 2019, she took over designing every area to make it feel like "home". Today, all three bedrooms and both bathrooms, as well as the kitchen and living room, have either been fully remodeled or updated. The beds are a king, two queens, and one (pullout couch mattress) full. We've poured so much time and love into our home and we can't wait to share it with you!

Other special details:

In Florida, good A/C matters. Our A/C is a brand new mini-split system, which means there are separate units for each bedroom and then one for the main living area. This allows guests in every bedroom to control their own room temperature - a major plus!
