--Large beachfront stateroom features a King size bed and a full size pull-out couch.

--Resort amenities: heated pool, poolside Tiki Bar, BBQ grills on the beach, and of course, incredible sunset views from your private balcony.

--Resort includes private dock. Small boat dockage available.

--Includes linens and towels, beach towels, beach chairs, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, 37" flat screen TV with DVD player, cable TV, pots, pans, hairdryer, and iron and board. Just bring along your bathing suit and you're all set.

Overall good place to stay. Just needs a good Deep cleaning. Had all the supplies you needed for cooking and eating in. Great location and great balcony. We would definitely stay again! Beach was great and super clean pool! Tiki Bar was wonderful!!

Beautiful view but
Check in process was super easy with very friendly staff. Bathroom was extremely dirty and you could see it hadn’t been cleaned behind the door, toilet or corners for quite some time and bathtub was stained. Closet also had dirty floors. We bought a small bottle of cleaner and cleaned the tub as best we could to be able to use it and thank goodness there was a broom so we didn’t have to wear shoes from the sand as we are very conscious not to track sand.Plenty of towels and they were clean. Thankfully, the view was spectacular and sitting out on the patio was as well. The beach was beautiful and we were in walking distance to Caddy’s on the beach, which made it nice. Yes the room is very outdated as the light above the kitchen barely worked. It was so dim. Thankfully we only wanted to grill out one meal and the rest we ate out. All in all if it wasn’t for the view we would have been all around dissatisfied. If they cleaned better it would be a great place to return.

LOVED IT!
I am a Tampa Native and have frequented MANY hotels/condos in the area beaches. This location may be my favorite! I absolutely LOVED the area- clean nice beaches, great food spots, easy walk to everywhere. The room was very clean and nice, and the grounds were well kept. My favorite part was the pool and pool bar! The bar staff were great and super accommodating, and it was excellent to have such easy access to great drinks! I will definitely be going back.

Stay at Treasure Island
Perfect location right on a great beach. Tiki Bar on site was fun and location is within walking distance of additional fun eating establishments. We loved the deck overlooking the ocean! Easy access to the beach.

What a view!
Upon opening the door to our rental, we were treated to a spectacular view of the gulf. The balcony was absolutely our favorite spot! This property was clean and has all the amenities we wanted. It was the perfect location for our short vacation. We were able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants and the harbor. The front desk staff was very helpful and, after a very long and difficult ride, the tiki bar was a welcomed convenience!! I cannot say enough about the friendly and responsive management personnel. Even though they were not on sight, they were only a text or phone call away. We so appreciated their flexibility. Can’t wait to go back next year during Spring training!

Don’t go
We did not get the unit, private balcony, pool or other amenities we booked and paid for. We were not told about the extensive repairs/maintenance/resurfacing project at the building. We didn’t have access to our balcony which was semi private not private like we booked and PAID for the last 3 days of our stay and we were moved to entirely different location for the second half of our vacation which was a definite step down from what we had booked and PAID for. Again no pool, no balcony and not the view we booked and PAID for.

Having to park across the street due to construction was a huge inconvenience! The description said minimal parking, but that is a huge understatement. We crossed a busy four lane road multiple times a day. I would not recommend this property for anyone with small children. The room was great! Very clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful and the location was convenient, but the parking situation should be given careful consideration.

My husband and I stayed here for our 18th anniversary. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Great communication and ease of making changes to our reservations. Perfect location. Corner unit makes it even better! That view!! We will he back!

Awesome view of the gulf
The location of the condo is exceptional. The view of the gulf from the balcony is exceptional. The room was surface cleaned and livable. We would absolutely stay there again. Had a great time!

Nice place to stay.
Great location and great view. I enjoyed how easy it was to get to the beach or to St John's Pass. The room was clean and comfortable. I would come back again. The only minor incident is the vent fan in the bathroom rattles and is noisy.

Great spot for a quick get away
Our stay was very relaxing with amazing accommodations. The room/ property were well kept, with all of the necessary items for a relaxing stay. Close to many restaurants , easy walking to local grocery store.

Great location & sunsets
We had a great stay on this quiet property. It was very close & walkable to many places on the beach. Overall, the room was fine for our stay. Like many people before us, there were a few noted distractions like the loud, rattling bathroom fan , SLOW bathtub drain & the mattress with creeky springs. At one time there was mention that there were beach chairs available to take down to the beach to avoid the chair rental fee by the resort. They were not available , but there was a cooler. 😃 These things are fixable & wouldn’t deter us from visiting again.

Loved our stay at island inn. Right on the beach. Perfect size for my husband and myself. All the necessities provided. Only minor complaint was the fan in the bathroom made a very loud rattling noise when you turned on bathroom light. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Rough
AC didn’t work. Ran noisy all night long. This keep us up throughout the nights. Crack ceiling in bathroom Dust on ceiling and other areas throughout. Kitchen sink leaked from base. It felt like an old hotel room more then a condo. We have been staying throughout this area for the past 8 years and this is by far the worst stay. Congrats.

My vacation
All in all this property was nice. The beach just a few hundred feet from the hotel was wonderful and the outdoor pool. Close to many attractions and great restaurants. The only downfall was the bed. It was very uncomfortable and the pillows were like pancakes. We went and bought 3 pillows and left them at the property. Besides lack of sleep we had a great stay. Also we left a six pack of toilet paper and paper towels.

Good place on the strip
Location is right on the shopping strip & beautiful beach! Beach wasn’t crowded and sand was amazing. Pull out couch could have been better (little outdated) but otherwise perfect little room for 3 of us.
