Centrally-located Beach House with direct access to a secluded beach!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Short walk to world-famous John's Pass Village with fabulous restaurants, entertainments, and shops. The beach is our backyard, no streets to cross. A six-foot privacy fence surrounds the property, a tiki bar, and a large size grill perfect for entertaining.

We have everything you can think of and the only thing you need to bring are your sunscreens, clothes, and toiletries. We have a beach wagon, a tent, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, kid toys, beach towels, beach bags, and a cooler for the beach.

Hassle free check in/out and private parking comfortably three cars.

Amazing location
Well appointed and close to the beach and John’s pass. Loved sitting out on the back deck in a private little oasis. Everything was perfect except the microwave was broken and during our two week stay, it was not replaced.

Better than described!
We were excited for our family trip to Madeira Beach to celebrate the New Year. We were so thrilled to find this property and let me say, it was even better than we could have hoped for. The house is so clean and spacious and the tiny distance to the beach is shockingly great. We took the provided wagon and beach chairs with the provided beach towels to sit in the beautiful sand and listen to the waves each day. We put in miles of walking along the shore and we found beautiful shells. We enjoyed a gorgeous sunset over the water every night. The location is fantastic, there are close grocery stores and restaurants, so we enjoyed those in the evenings. The beds were so firm and comfortable and we made ample use of the full kitchen.Finally the owner was amazing and so easy to communicate with. We had a late flight on our last day so the owner was willing to let us check out later than planned, which gave us an extra day at the beach! We were so thrilled and grateful. We are already planning our return to this lovely little community and this beautiful rental!

We came to celebrate my birthday. The house was just as described. The home was very nice and the location was perfect! Just steps away from the beach. The outdoor Tiki bar was great for hanging out with all the family. We would definitely return!

Clean & Cozy
Perfect location, steps always from the beach and walking distance to John’s Pass. Host was very easy and fast to communicate with. Beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Will be back!!

This was our first family trip to Florida. The house was great, had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach and close to the restaurants and shops. Had a wonderful time and wasn’t ready to come home!

Good time was had by all
My family and I stayed for an extended weekend in the house and had a wonderful time. The location is excellent for both proximity to the beach and to John’s pass. The beach is secluded enough that we never struggled to find space to set up. Some amenities we really enjoyed besides the location and beach access were plentiful beach supplies, a well equipped kitchen, and an attractive, fun, and accommodating outdoor space with plentiful chairs and the tiki bar. While we enjoyed our time greatly, I do think some areas can be improved. The floors were sticky and I did find children’s handprints on glass surfaces while we were there (all in our party were adults). The house itself is strongly musty and my belongings still smell like it. There is only one set of keys to lock/unlock the house instead of a keypad/keyless entry, which would have been much preferred for allowing folks to come and go as they please. I also knew that there is one bathroom outside, however it wasn’t made clear that it is not easily inaccessible from the inside of the house, particularly from the back bedrooms, thus rendering it only useful for showering/relief when you were on the beach. One of my goals in renting a 3/3 was not to have to share a bathroom with my sister and BIL and this was not the case. All in all we had a great time and we’d come back to stay again.

Cute and clean Beach Home
This home has great charm and is perfect if you want to be close to the beach. They had pretty much EVERYTHING you need to enjoy the beach. Umbrella, chairs, a buggy to carry everything. This home made me want to buy a property here. The beach was clean and not too many people like other areas, with a very short one minute walk to the sand. It was sooo perfect and peaceful. Book this home you won’t regret it!

The house was exactly as pictured, clean, relaxing and fun. We all loved the bar outside! The home had a big family dining table that we all fit nicely around. Yearly Girls Trip

Great Madeira Beach house!
My wife and I booked this stay to celebrate a life accomplishment and share it with close family. The property was close to the beach, accommodated the number of family joining us, comfortable, well stocked with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kitchen necessities…everything we needed! The property owner was in touch for check in and ensured all was good for us. The parking was great as was the outdoor amenities like the tiki bar and outdoor shower. The sleeping accommodations were nicely appointed. To keep it honest, the mattresses were harder than we all were used to. The kitchen utensils and appliances seemed quite modern as did the washer and dryer. Great way to celebrate and spend time at beautiful Madeira Beach.

Okee Girls Trip 2024
Annually, us girlfriends try to find a beach house to rent. This has been our best rental to date! It was clean with nice furniture and all the amenities a kitchen can offer. Beds were firm but comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The beach wagon was a super helpful . The space was perfect for 6 of us!

Immaculate Equipped Beach Sanctuary Near Everything
This home was everything it said it was, and then some. The entire property from the deck and tiki bar outside to the fresh and light filled inside was spotless. We were there for three nights. Four minute walk to John’s pass. Two minute walk to beach (750ft.). Great communication with host and very well equipped inside. Planning to return with adult children to visit family in St. Pete. Thank you for a lovely get away.

St Pete’s Beach getaway
Perfect location and the house came with (more than) everything we needed! Six adults (three sisters plus significant others) and we had plenty of space (bedrooms, bathrooms, etc). And the Tiki Hut bar was fantastic! Host was very responsive. Walking distance (10 minutes) to John’s Pass (shopping, restaurants, bars).. We can’t wait to come back!
