The property is beautiful as advertised, however, we let the property manager know they should have detailed information about how to use different appliances in the home. Also, we understand that it’s a quick turnaround between renters, but there were things that were broken, including a fan, remote, Slats on the blinds in two of the bedrooms, a broken lamp and a broken fan. Also, we let the property manager know they should advise renters if there is construction going on at adjacent properties. When we have stayed at other places, the owners have provided a welcome packet and occasionally provide snacks and bottled water for people who are arriving and may not have had a chance to stop at a grocery store. That would be a very nice touch, especially given the cost of this rental. We provided this feedback to the property manager, and he was very open to the feedback which we appreciated. The location of this property directly on the beach was wonderful and W. Gulf Blvd. is a relatively quiet street compared to Gulf Boulevard and it was nice not to have constant traffic.
