Vacation home with space for your Boat Or RV 1 mile to boat ramp

Located less than two miles from the white sand beaches of Indian Shores this well appointed spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath house with garage and enough Parking for a boat and/ or RV. The boat ramp to launch your boat is just under a mile away on the intracostal waterway. Madeira Beach, Sand Key and Clearwater beach as well as beaches in between are easily accessible via beach trolley. This home sleeps 6 has a large open kitchen, two living rooms and an air conditioned lanai perfect for relaxing. The Lanai leads out to a lovely backyard perfect for pets or for evening cookouts after a day on the water. The house is fully furnished with comfortable furniture and all the kitchen amenities of home, including an air fryer, coffee maker, even kid dishes and utensils.

Big house with plenty of room for a family. Mattresses could be better or maybe just a topper might help, but other than that, we loved it! ❤️

First time visitors
The house is perfect size for families of all sizes! The location is in the middle of anything and everything, so popping to the grocery store wasn't an issue. The only thing I would change would be updating the mattresses and pillows, but honestly everything else was fantastic!!! I would definitely stay again!

Comfortable and cozy
We enjoyed staying at this home alot. Its in a perfect location and in a beautiful neighborhood. It looks like the pictures show and is very big and roomy inside. The lani is huge and very nice and the dog loved the big fenced in yard. We had use of the garage for storage which was real nice for our bikes. We had great communication with the manager, Courtney, and she came over whenever needed. The yard and house needs a little sprucing up but overall it was great. I even found a great church to go to close by. Many churches here. Also the beach is maybe a 5 minute drive from there.

Close to beaches!
We enjoyed our stay in the home. The spacious home was very clean. We were in the area to visit family and the local beaches. The kitchen had everything you would need. The back yard was very private and we enjoyed the privacy. Overall a good choice for our visit and I would stay again!

Excellent Home
This is a spacious home, and is quite comfortable. It has many rooms and many places to stretch out and relax. 6-8 people fit just fine. The location is excellent, as it is in a nice neighborhood and only about a mile from the beach. I can recommend this home without reservation.

Our Vacation
We like where the home is located. It’s close to our Son and family. We like that it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We were able to meet Harriet and Courtney and they are both very nice. Courtney came to fix the TV and Harriet stopped by and fixed the microwave issue. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

Nice Home Close to Beaches and Restaurants
We had a great stay in Harriet’s home. It was my husband, myself, our adult children and our dog, Lucy. The home is in a great location and close to many beaches and restaurants. It was clean and had everything that we needed to be comfortable. Lucy enjoyed the fenced-in backyard. We will definitely be back again!

Visit with Family in the area
Convenient location. Neighborhood quiet ∋ce. House CLEAN. Florida room perfect family meals. Dogs loved chasing the lizards in the fenced yard. BUT the rental is not perfect. Dining room chairs need to be replaced. More bath towels should have been provided...we only had 4 adults staying at the house...had there been 6, 2 would have had to air dry. Mattresses were ok. I had to buy a toilet seat assist bars for my 80 year old mother-in-law because the toilets are 80s style lowboy which she wasn't able to get up from. The main bath with the jacuzzi tub was impossible for her to get in and out of on her own. BUT in the owners defense, she does not list it as ADA compliant. The shower door in the master bath only opens slightly before hitting the toilet, so it's a bit awkward and hard to get in and out. The mixing valve is like a combination lock to get the water temp right. The Kitchen is a nice size and well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups etc, but only 2 steak knives. Fridge had no interior bulbs, the water and ice machine are not working. Dishwasher worked but not great. There was no dish rack for hand washing dishes. BBQ was a cheap little charcoal grill that fit 8 burgers max. This visit was to spend time with relatives, it was a pain to set up grill 2 times/day. Slop sink on side of house filled with water & mosquito larve. Overall, The rental was good for us and we managed with it's shortcomings and had a very nice time. I would recommend to others

Convenient and Comfortable
I just returned to Illinois from a seven week stay in this home. I've been coming to the area for 13 years, traveling the the last 7 of those with my mini dachshund. Seminole has always been my favorite place to stay with my dog, and this house is in the best location, convenient to all of the restaurants and Gulf Blvd. locations I enjoy. Best of all, the gulf is only a few minutes away, over the intercoastal bridge. The house itself is clean and comfortable. I especially like the split floor plan, convenient when I had family visit, and my grandchildren were thrilled with the spacious Florida room for spreading out and playing games. My dog Rudy loved chasing lizards in the fenced back yard (even though he rarely caught one lol.) The neighborhood is quiet, and a great place to walk Rudy. Harriet responded immediately to the few minor issues I had and they were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. All in all, it was a wonderful visit, and I am looking forward to returning!

Great Value for the Location
This is a great house for the money. Very spacious. The only two issues we had were the showers and the beds. It was difficult to figure out how to get the hot water to work in the shower. The other issue was the beds. All of the mattresses were older and overly firm. A 3 or 4 inch memory foam pad would work wonders. The Murphy bed was broken when we arrived and unusable. We were counting on having 3 queen sized beds. The first night we had to sleep on couches. Harriet was kind to bring a queen sized air mattress the next day, but we paid for a three bedroom house with 3 functioning beds and only had two. Checkout was easy and Harriet was very pleasant to work with.

Wonderful home with everything in reach
The was a fantastic place. There were a few little things, the light at the front door was out and a couple of other through out the home. However I just snagged a bulb from the bathroom and resolved that issue. One of the spectrum remotes didn't have batteries. However this was an easy enough fix. The lanai is something to be hold. I could have spent my whole vacation out there relaxing. The master bedroom has a very firm matress, which I fell in love with. Honestly for the money it was the best place I have stayed in a long time. Thank you so much!

Our vacation was cut short due to hurricane Ian and we had to evacuate on Tuesday morning. Harriet was wonderful with communication throughout this time. We would definitely like to come back. Our thoughts and prayers are with Florida at this time.

The family loved it
We came down to visit family and since we were 4 adults with 2 dogs this house was perfect. Nice backyard and plenty of space. 5-10 minutes from great beaches with public parking and bathrooms. 20 minutes from Clearwater beach. Lots of grocery stores near by and great restaurants. We did love the kitchen and patio. We had a really good time.

Beautiful house but going downhill
Stayed for a second time and disappointed in the condition of the yard and lack of maintenance in the house. Pictures of the yard are not accurate. There is no wooden structure on the patio. Weeds in the patio pavers,grass/weeds anke high and in need of cutting. This is not a place for small dogs because there are numerous holes under the fence including the gate. Palm fronds, broken sprinkler heads, pieces of outdoor lighting and other junk on the ground. An old soccer goal, rusted charcoal grill. Cigarette butts by the patio and the outdoor furniture is rusted and dirty. The front yard is not much better. The front porch light is burnt out so it is pitch black in the front at night. Several lights inside are burnt out or have bulbs broken off in the fixture. Light in refrigerator is out. Droppings of some sort in the silverware drawer, coffee cups and plates were dirty so we used paper plates. The house inside looks nice as far as decor but it is definitely in need of some maintenance and a thorough cleaning. We cut our stay short by a day as the yard was unacceptable to let our small dogs play in.

Wonderful Experience
Harriet was wonderful with communication. The house was perfect for our family and our fur babies. Location was close to several beaches. We went to Madeira, Clearwater, and St. Pete beaches. Home had all the necessities and extras. Would highly reccomend!
