* Our home is thoroughly sanitized after each stay, and we provide a hand sanitizing station at the entrance.
* We recommend stays of thirty days or more. Please inquire first before booking for stays more than 30 nights.
* We also accommodate corporate housing and executive rentals.
* Please note: Children under the age of 10 are not allowed at the property due to the presence of valuable glass breakables.
* For your security, the property is equipped with a security system and outdoor surveillance cameras.

HOUSE RULES
1. No unregistered guest in the house.
2. No unregistered guest for overnight stay.
3. No shoes inside the home.
4. No smoking inside the home. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property. $1000 fee if smoking happens inside the house.
5. No drugs in or out of the home.
6. No parties or events.
7. Quiet time after 10:30 p.m.
8. No animals
9. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
10. Turn off lights when leaving the home.
11. Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before checking out. (additional $150 cleaning fee)
12. Report all broken items.
13. Do not rearrange furniture.
14. Any violators will be asked to leave the property.
15. Any additional guest outside of the reservation will be charged $50 per night per person.
16. Any tampering with external camera system is a $1000 plus fine.
