Cozy and fun home
The house was tidy, clean, fully stocked, and beautifully decorated with beach theme. It had fun amenities such as putt-putt-golf, hot tub, grill, beach chairs. There was plenty of outdoor seating: cushioned chairs under a gazebo, lounge chairs, and covered dining table. Perfect home if you love outdoor living! Inside, we had plenty of cooking supplies and utensils, upgraded appliances, bedding, towels, toilet paper, etc. TV in living room and both bedrooms! Super easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend this home for beach holidays or family reunions!

This property was ideal location . Although the house needed general maintenance . Swim Spa was very dirty, The beds were very wore out and very uncomfortable and general cleanliness of house was poor, needed a good deep clean.

Great outdoor area
My husband and I stayed here for one week. We enjoyed the Pinellas Bike Trail, Clearwater Beach and Dog Beach at Honeymoon State Park. The home was very clean and bathrooms modern. The neighborhood was very quiet. Beds were comfortable and kitchen space easy to cook in. The outdoor space was the best, from the hot tub, gazebo lounging, to the deck table for eating! We loved being outside. Hot tub heating is extra $$ a week. Make sure to discuss with Olivia what the temperature it should be set at before you arrive. That way it will be available for use the day you check in. Olivia was extremely receptive to any concerns I had. She was very happy to help. (Though most renters do not want to bother with questions, so the more information the owner leaves, the better for everyone) Information on how to use the spa and outdoor grill would have been helpful.

Great house
Olivia was super friendly and easy to work with. She was very prompt in answering any questions. This is a beautiful house with a fun backyard. We enjoyed the hot tub daily and the outdoor fireplace was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!!! You will not be disappointed.

Cozy, well-appointed home
I stayed in this lovely home with my husband and two grown sons for a week over Christmas. The house is just as represented: very clean, with posh updates to the flooring, bathrooms, and kitchen. The beds were very comfy and the sheets and towels were top-rate. We all loved the outdoor living area; I was able to do my workouts out there. We also loved the hot tub, which was huge! It was a real benefit to have a full-size washer and dryer available during our stay. The only very minor quibble would be the lack of some usual cooking equipment. There were no frying pans, so we cooked our eggs in the Dutch oven. There was only a half-sized cutting board, which made cutting up pineapples and mangoes a bit tricky. But the equipment that was there was very good; I liked the chef's knife and the kitchen shears were very helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this house. Olivia, the owner, was very easy to communicate with and very responsive when we had questions. If we are back in Tampa, I would happily stay here again.

This property was immaculately clean and well prepared for guests! The location is great, a short walk to bars, restaurants and the Jolly Trolley. Check in and check out were simple, and communications with the owner was excellent. We hope to stay here again.

Perfect Honeymoon Getaway!
We had the most relaxing stay at this cute house for our honeymoon vacation in March. Prior to our trip we had some issues with finding reasonable priced flights on our dates. We found some cheaper rates on a different day that week, so I contacted the owner of the house and asked if there was any possible way to alter our vacation dates. She was so accommodating to us, and changed our dates with no extra costs right then. Upon arriving, the house was very clean and maintained. The bed was super comfortable in the master bedroom, and we loved that it had a walkout door right to the backyard/hottub area! The neighborhood was quiet, so we weren't disturbed late at night with anyone being loud. This cute home fit all of our needs. We golf a lot and did so on our honeymoon. Sitting in the swim spa/hot tub was the perfect way to end our golf or beach days after being out all day in the sun. It is a huge spa. Deeper than any average hot tub, so it can accommodate a handful of guests very comfortably. Our first day we had a very minor issue getting the spa to work correctly. I contacted the owner, and they literally had it fixed up and ready to go in a matter of hours. The accommodations and hospitality of these owners were outstanding during our whole stay. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for our honeymoon! If we come to this part of Florida again in the future, we won't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for an outstanding stay at your home!

Wonderful vacation
Couldn’t have rented a nicer home . Olivia and Jimmy were wonderful. The clothes dryer broke while we were there and they had it repaired the same day. The home was decorated beautifully and had everything you needed. This property was indeed a romantic retreat!

Beautiful, enjoyable and convenient!
Olivia was an amazing and helpful host! The house was gorgeous. Beautifully decorated. The hot tub was huge! A great way to end a long day! The AC broke during our stay and Olivia was so responsive. They had a repair man out in just a couple hours, even on a Sunday! We were so appreciative, it was very hot that day and to come back to the house after a day at the beach was very necessary!! The location was easy to get to and from also. We had a great long weekend and would definitely stay here again!
