Spacious Condo

This two story condo accommodated our family of 8 well. The living area and kitchen provide enough space for multiple people moving around. The beach view from the deck is beautiful! We were close enough to the pool to talk to our group using the pool. The beds are comfortable and there were extra blankets and pillows available. The location is very nice as it is in close to walking distance to many conveniences. As stated in other reviews the deck needs a good power washing. A beach wagon and chairs would be very helpful. The deck is large and has ample seating for 8 people. A higher vanity in the primary bathroom would be a nice upgrade. The kitchen could use a slow cooker and a few more cooking tools and silverware, otherwise there were plenty of pots, plates and cups. In all we had a very comfortable stay and would consider coming back to this condo again.

Great view of the pool and the beach! Loved the size of the condo and the balconies were fantastic! The only thing I would change is to add a griddle and a crockpot so guests can do more cooking. Loved our vacation!

Beautiful Home with some deferred maintenance

Beautiful location, beautiful views of ocean. Clean pool area and nice hot tub. Convenient elevator and parking. Comfortable beds, lots of pillows, beach toys provided. There was some deferred maintenance: broken retractable screens and a broken washer/dryer so we had no access to laundry services during our stay. Stair cap was loose and a tripping hazard. There was some deferred hurricane maintenance, which was fine. Management was responsive, but did not come on site when maintenance was happening, leaving it to us to be present.

Great Unit Butā€¦

We spent a long weekend at this unit. There were three couples. Unit was great but, the elevator quit working two days before we were to check out. It remained broken when we checked out. The issue is that you have to climb 5 stories of stairs to go anywhere. Only one elevator. One of our trip members is 72 years old and doesnā€™t get around as well as he used to. That created a big issue. Otherwise it was great.

Perfect for our Christmas retreat

We loved this location! The sunsets are beautiful and the you can view it from the condo or the beach. We did lose the internet for a short period of time but they fixed it quickly. There were a lot of restaurants open even though some of our favorites were still closed due to the hurricanes. The outdoor furniture needs some fixing but also due to the hurricanes. We will come back again because overall we did love how spacious it was and the location is perfect!

Great locationā€¦ everything else not so great

Place is great for 6 peopleā€¦ with a pool and right on the beach. Our problem was more with the rental company and/or owner. Not sure who we spoke with but their level of customers service was unacceptableā€¦ especially for the price. It started with the cleaning service being in the unit when we arrivedā€¦ and three hours afterwards! She tried explaining how she was ā€œrunning lateā€ and how we should come back. She went on to explain the rental company was to blame because itā€™s too much work for her. She was very nice but we were there to relax, not to be therapists. * The unit is also in need of some TLC. Screws falling out of stoolsā€¦ crumbs in the chair/sofa cushionsā€¦ dirty/stained towelsā€¦ and lots of other details that no one is addressing. About the towelsā€¦ we washed every towel ourselves (they were that disgusting) and ended up calling for complete replacement as no one was willing to use them. They said they would drop off new towelsā€¦ and they did so on day 3. Sorry, not acceptable for a relaxing vacation. * The main balcony where we collectively hung out was filthy. The tiles need to be power washedā€¦ tables/chairs are grossā€¦ itā€™s as if the entire outdoor area has been neglected for years. * When we addressed these issues to the rental company/owners, they urged us not to leave a negative review and gave us $100. Sorry, thatā€™s not how you handle situations like this. I really hope they get their act together because the space is great. Good luckā€¦ to you and them!

Great beach getaway Condo

We were very impressed from the moment we stepped into the condo until the time we closed the door at the end of our stay. The condo is 2 stories, big and very well equipped. The views are great, the beach was great, the pool was great. Everything that you need for a stay was found in the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to grocery stores, resaurants and beach shops. We have nothing but good things to say about this condo and the way it was presented and run. Thanks for the good stay.

3 Girls Trip

This property was perfect for our girls trip. Three separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms made it easy for all 3 of us to have our own space and to be ready to go at the same time. No waiting around to shower. The kitchen and dining area are perfect for a large family. And the deck was perfect for sunsets. The keyless entry is hard to use and it seems like the door is not secure. Also, needs chain bolt lock replaced. Would definitely reserve this condo again. Perfect area to be close to everything.

Awesome stay for a large family. I recommend it highly. Plenty of room and a beautiful view of the beach/ocean. Only recommend making the sliding glass doors to the outdoor space easier to move. They were difficult. We cleaned the sliders and tried to lubricate...with no luck. I still give this property a 5 thumbs up. Thank you

I liked the space; 3 bedrooms and baths. The kitchen was spacious, too. Also liked the location. Being on the beach was great!! Did not like that the keypad entry on the door could be a bit tricky sometimes to lock and unlock. Also the sliding doors to the balcony were hard to move. Overall, wonderful stay!!

Beautiful Accomodations with Stunning views

This was a 3BD/3BA condo in Indian Shores, FL. One BD was downstairs with an adjoining BA. The second floor boasted a large master suite with bath and a stunning balcony with ocean view. The third upstairs BD featured an adjoining BA. The terrace balcony was spacious and featured a nice ocean view. Highly Recommend!
