Step inside our beautifully renovated three-bedroom, two-bath condo that sleeps 6 guests. You will be amazed with the view from this 7th floor beach getaway. This direct Gulf-front location allows you to enjoy the natural beauty of the coast from the large and private balcony, which is accessible from both the living area and master bedroom.
The Space:
As you step into the condo you will find the first bedroom to your left. The futon may be used as a bed or use the room as a cozy den for children, complete with dvd player and an assortment of children’s dvds, puzzles and games. Alternatively, this is an ideal quiet office space. To your right you will find a full bathroom with a tub/shower and the second bedroom, which sleeps 3 guests with three twin beds. Those staying in either of these two bedrooms will have gorgeous views of the intracoastal waterway. There is a closet in the hallway with a brand new LG WashTower washer and dryer for guests' convenience. As you move toward the kitchen you will be delighted with this light and bright space beautifully renovated with stainless steel appliances. It is supplied with all the things you enjoy at home such as Keurig machine, blender with food processor, toaster, etc. The kitchen opens into our dining space with a gorgeous Pottery Barn table and chairs and flows into our living area, which offers plenty of relaxing seating and looks out at the Gulf of Mexico. Off the living room to the right, you will find our spacious master bedroom and en-suite master bathroom. The balcony offers relaxing wicker seating and a tall table and chairs to enjoy your breakfast or an evening glass of wine. The utility closet is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, bocce, and assorted sand toys and games. Cabana and lounge chair rentals are also available on the beach for an added fee.
This space would be perfect for a family vacation, or snowbirds wanting to enjoy paradise and get away for the winter months!
Please note that rentals are in weekly increments (7, 14, 21 days, etc.) Saturday to Saturday per condo rules.
Guest Access:
You will receive a parking pass for one reserved spot just for you. (Parking space 705) There will also be a few guest parking spots available that are on a first come first serve basis.
The Neighborhood:
Indian Shores is a quiet community situated on a barrier island and is 19 blocks long. Gulf Boulevard is one of the prettiest streets that you will drive/walk on. This area it is a strip of land between the ocean and intracoastal waterway. There are so many charming restaurants and shops that make this spot so desirable to stay in.
Getting Around:
There are many ways you can get around this area of Indian Shores. The easiest and quickest way to cover ground would be driving. However, there are several places where you are able to rent bikes, and even rent little motorized buggies to drive up and down the coast. If you are feeling up for it, walking is a fun way to enjoy great local restaurants, bars and shops. There is also a free trolley system with a stop right in front of this condo.
Other Things to Note:
Sandcastle 1 Condominium is family friendly with lots of amenities! A quick elevator ride and you are barefoot on the beach! Enjoy the heated swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, beach volleyball, and tropical greenspace (beach towels and cooler provided). The added convenience of private beach access and an assigned parking space along with walking distance to many restaurants, shops and bicycle/boat rentals makes this a perfect place to unwind and relax.
The location of this condo is fabulous. Not only are you right on one of the most beautiful beaches, but still close to everything! It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the U.S. Smuggler’s Cove Adventure Golf is 1 mile away. Be sure to experience local flavors in the area like Aloha-to-Go, Indian Shores Coffee Company, The Dog & Parrot Pub, Caddy's, Villa Gallace Italian restaurant, and the renowned Salt Rock Grill. Just north of Indian Shores is Indian Rocks Beach with more favorites such as The Original Crabby Bill's, Slyce Pizza, VIP Mexican, Guppy's on the Beach, JD's Restaurant & Lounge, Jake's Cantina and P.J.’s Oyster Bar. These are all within 1 ½ miles of the condo.
This property is about 90 miles from Orlando attractions. It is 45 minutes from downtown Tampa attractions such as Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Lowry Park Zoo or The Florida Aquarium. John's Pass is about a 15 minute drive south for some fun shopping… and beautiful downtown St. Pete is just 17 miles, and is a great place to visit with many restaurants, bars, and shopping!
