IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to hurricane damage, some amenities are temporarily unavailable, including the elevator, guest laundry room, pool bathroom, vending machines, ping-pong table, and coffee in the lobby. Repairs and renovations to our first-floor rooms and common areas are ongoing. Contractors are on-site daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours may vary).

Unit #227, recently renovated, is located on the 2nd floor, offering an extended shared balcony that overlooks the pool with a partial yet enjoyable view of the Gulf of Mexico.

It is conveniently positioned within a short walking distance from various restaurants, exciting nightlife options, and an array of enjoyable activities that makes Clearwater Beach an incredible destination.

Accommodations:
Our double suite is the largest and most impressive room we offer. It's designed to accommodate up to six guests and offers two full size beds. With a spacious living area of 380 square feet, you'll have plenty of room to relax. A private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon and a dining area. If you want to enjoy some fresh air, you can step out onto the shared balcony, which has seating for two. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax!

- Minimum Check In Age: 21 (No exceptions)
- Parking: One parking spot per room; parking pass provided at check in
- Pool Hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (heated).
- Office Hours: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- Smoking: All units are non-smoking. A designated smoking area is available in the first-floor breezeway.
- Pet Policy: No pets allowed
- No refunds for early departure or late arrival
- Daily housekeeping provided
- After-hours security is on-site
- Check In Requirements: Photo ID and credit card in the name of the registered guest are required. The registered guest must be physically present at check in. No name changes are allowed after the reservation is made.
- Kitchenette: Units do not include cooking facilities.
