When you are at the condo, enjoy the well-maintained walking/bike paths and grounds, including the pool that is only steps from this unit. The private beach on the island has chairs and tiki umbrellas with the same beautiful sand and water as St. Pete Beach.

The condo is extremely clean, with a well-stocked kitchen for those times when you want to cook. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail overlooking the golf course from your private balcony. The Northwest view allows you to soak in the sunsets in one of the most beautiful and peaceful settings in the world.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

There is a seven-day minimum stay at this rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
