Step into a coastal dream at our cherished beachfront property, nestled on the sun-kissed shores of Indian Rocks Beach. Our home, steeped in history, stands as one of the original homesteads of Indian Rocks Beach, offering a blend of classic charm and modern comfort.

Experience serenity and the lull of ocean waves in our spacious main house, boasting a trio of second-floor bedrooms with breathtaking views and an easily accessible bath just outside all the rooms. Downstairs, you'll find another bathroom amid a canvas of homely amenities.

Just a sea breeze away is our inviting cottage. On its first level, a cozy bedroom awaits alongside a welcoming kitchen and a snug sitting area equipped with cable TV, perfect for intimate evenings or a lazy afternoon. Ascend to the cottage's upper sanctuary where a sumptuous queen bed, cable TV, and an additional bathroom offer a private retreat under the stars.

Every corner of our beachfront abode whispers tales of laughter, rest, and memories waiting to be made. It's more than a vacation home—it's a gateway to the salty allure of the Gulf, a space designed with joy and intended for connection. Need to Know
-Property is monitored by a camera at the storage building facing to the front of the home.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee for one dog or $100 per dog if more than one.

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware

Great beach home
Fantastic location. The beach is just steps from the back porch. Great views of the sunset. Any issues with the property were promptly addressed by Alan. We were able to communicate easily with him throughout our stay. Would definitely book this property again.

Such a wonderful, charming and comfortable home right on the beach. Magnificent sunsets and serenity. Great communication from our host made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Nice family vacation!
My family and I loved this house! My family of four, my sister's family of three, and our parents vacationed here for our spring break. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. Close to many things. Very clean. But most importantly...the beach!! Just a short walk out the door. Wonderful patio overlooking the beach also. The view was amazing! We enjoyed every sunset! The large family dining table was very nice also, as we ate dinner together there and played games at night. Communication with property management great too...they responded very quickly with any questions. We all highly recommend this place!

Perfect spot! Couple hiccups, but otherwise great!
Amazing location! Just steps from the beach and you can watch the sunset right from the deck! Having kids with us, it was great to be able to just come back and forth without hauling loads of stuff with us. We also had an infant that was able to take a nap in the house while we still enjoyed the beach. We had a couple hiccups of the air not working which was crappy because the first night we just had to live with it and there are no screens in the windows/doors in the 2nd house, but the manager was right on it trying to get it fixed and when conclusion was made it needed another air unit, he brought a portable one in less than a half hour. The dishwasher was functional, but the latch was broke so we had to mess with it to get it to close, but the manager also had someone out to order a part for it. All in all, it was still a great stay and my family had a ton of fun! I would 100% go back!

Beautiful home just steps from the beach
We loved the look and feel of this lovely, large older home. Nice details. Quiet area. A dream location. Pretty beach just steps from the porch and patio. Great spot for Shelling and Bird Watching. Crystal clear water. Phenomenal views. Short drive to anything you want. We went to as a group of ladies to celebrate a birthday and to see manatees but could definitely see ourselves returning with our families. Good communication with property manager (Alan).

Hidden Gem
We've been coming to Indian Rocks beach for 40 years and loved it. We have walked & driven by this house many times, not realizing it has been here for many more years. Feels like old Florida. Beautiful large windows, wooden staircase and floors, wonderful kitchen to cook in. Great porch and patio. The walk to the beach is charming. As grandparents we had enough room to accommodate our growing family. Celebrated our daughters graduation and memories were made! Very easy to get ahold of property manager and he was willing to fix or help with whatever might have been an issue. Hope to be able to come again and keep building more blessed memories!

Family friendly home on the beach!
8 of us, 6 adults and 2 kids (daughters, son-in-law, and a couple grandkids) stayed for 5 glorious days in this old but lovely rare, loaded with character, 2 story, Florida home. Accomodated a large group incrediby well. This is not a new modern home, but it is a really cool, clean, well appointed, older home with tons of charm and a really functional and cool lay out and great air conditioning. We all just loved walking out the back porch across a short dune to the beach probably 20 steps away. We were in and out a 100 times a day with kids and all, so just absolutely an awesome set up. I spent hours on the back porch day bed listening to the surf and enjoying the sea breeze. We go to the beach all the time and spent the extra money to be in a spacious place on the beach and it was 100%+++ worth it.

Beautiful old home on a picturesque beachfront lot. Lots of room, wonderful patio framed by two coastal pines. Short walk to many restaurants. Be aware as stated, no paper products, trash bags, beach towels are provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location but lacking in other areas
This property was hands down the worst place we have stayed at in all of our travels. I will simply run through all of the problems we had: the check in instructions said a key would be in the lockbox upon arrival. There was no key, and then we discovered that the property was just open. The place was dirty, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. The master bath had black mold all over the curtain. Tub was also black and wouldn’t keep water in it for bathing kids. The shower rod in one of the guest bathrooms was broken. The ice maker in the kitchen was broken - completely ripped apart. Fruit flies everywhere in the kitchen. Could not leave any food out on the counters. The kitchen table wobbled so much I thought it would fall apart. The legs need to be tightened. The place hardly any toilet paper or soap in any bathrooms. The hot water would run out in the house after the shower was run for less than five minutes. The doorknobs were all broken, including if one were to close the door to the master while in it, one would be locked in. We had to wrap and shirt around it to not get locked in accidentally by one of our kids. There were no beach towels - people renting this place are traveling to the beach and not thinking they need to bring beach towels (which are very cheap by the way, as are shower curtains, rods, soap, and toilet paper). We asked if there was pack and play ahead of time. No response. We brought one and paid to check it. There was one in the property when we arrived. Wasted money on checking our own. The propane tank for the grill was completely empty. The owner is completely unresponsive - they ignored voicemails and texts when we asked about the doorknobs, again when we asked if there was beach towels, so then we just gave up because it’s pointless to ask more to someone that doesn’t respond. The place could be fantastic but the owner needs to do a deep cleaning and basic maintenance items. The location is great. Walking distance to restaurants and right on the beach but the house itself needs work.

Perfect Family Vacation
We loved the house and the fact it had the matching guest house for our young adult children. It was perfect for all of us to enjoy family time when we wanted but also when we wanted our own space. The sunsets were priceless. We like to BBQ, the grill worked perfectly fine, but a newer fresher grill would have been cool, it definitely got a work out and got the job the done. We’ve never been so relaxed and if we wanted to go out we did, but when we didn’t we were just as happy staying in the house and cooking family dinners. My wife and I got the master bedroom and to sleep every night with the windows open and listening to the waves was so soothing and relaxing, we loved everything about our stay. The washer and dryer were awesome keeping up with all the laundry. Places to eat within short walking distances. We plan to request coquina 1&2 again for our next vacation next year. My wife cleaned the majority of the house spotless sweeping and mopping hoping you will remember it was us so we are welcome back. Thank you so much

Great House Right on the Beach
We loved everything about Coquina beach houses. It is an old house but everything is clean, comfortable and inviting. We spent most of our days on the beach and the nights on the wonderful back patio and deck. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to vacation with a family.

Family Time in Quarantine
We just had a terrific week at the Coquina Houses in Indian Rocks Beach. The property could not have been more perfect for a family of six adults. (It would also work wonderful with children) The pictures are spot on. You get what you see. It is an old style house with great character and charm. It’s very well appointed, in fact we had everything we needed from the kitchen to the beach! The owner has excellent taste i decor and you feel so welcome and at home. We only left the house to get groceries and take out. There are plenty of restaurants and stores on Gulf Blvd and over the bridge. (5 min) but we chose to stay away from crowds. Laura, thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Waking up and opening the door to the porch, sand and water was a treat and of course EVERY sunset was a gift. Our favorite activity was walking the beach every night under the full moon. I have used VRBO many many times and this is a true gem. The management company was a pleasure to work with as well. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering it!!!!!!

AMAZING BEACH HOUSE FOR LARGE GROUP
My husband and I rented the beach house and the two bed room cottage in the back for 5 nights for us and my family of 11 people (from 80 years old to 10 years old), who were visiting from Minnesota. The home is absolutely gorgeous with a view of the ocean to top everything off!. My family was very impressed. The house was built in 1932 and still has all the old charm with a modern touch. Plenty of room in the kitchen with everything you need to make a big or small family meal. For our family, it everything worked out great! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. Location is right on the beach...house is old with furnishings as old. Some musty smell.
Need to deal with a villa rental company, sign a separate agreement and provide ID. They don’t take credit cards after paying the deposit.
