"Sea Cottages of Amelia is a gem between a busy neighborhood. The nature feel is very relaxing. Just a stone throw away from good restaurants and walking distance from the beach. Will definitely stay here again. Just a suggestion, since you allow pets in the cottages. It will be better if you use a quilt or comforter instead of a fuzzy blanket. Dog/cat furs are hard fo remove on fuzzy blanket."

"Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad."

"While we enjoyed our stay and the communication with the owners was great, we did encounter a couple issues. The third floor had a moisture problem, which was evident in the tiny amounts of mold inside the wood cabinets. But this may just be standard for homes close to the beach, I’m not sure. The water went out the day before we left. The owner thanked us for letting them know, and said they’d call their plumber. But that still left us without the ability to take showers.
