The Space:
Washer and dryer are located in the lower level along with the game room that consists of foosball table, ping pong table, and a free-play arcade game that has 60 games.

The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you may need. If we forgot something, please make sure you let us know so that we can accommodate your stay!

Each bedroom has smart TV.

Wifi provided upon check in.

Dining room table to accommodate 6 and the four seasons table to accommodate 4.

Workstation is off the dining room.

Board games are available for play, we just ask that you put them away with all the pieces so our next guest can enjoy them.

Guest Access:
You will have access to all areas of the house other than the two locked cabinets/closets for supplies.

The Neighborhood:
Very safe quite older neighborhood in Wentzville, MO. Very Central in the town to everything, without all the traffic.

Getting Around:
Parking in the driveway and street as needed.

Other Things to Note:
Pet friendly for dogs under 40lbs. 2 Max. Pet fee is $125.00 per pet. Guests are responsible for any damage that the pet causes during their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
Hosts will observe guests privacy during stay with little to no face-to-face interaction. We are available for any need that may arise.
