Cozy downtown condo

Huge open space with large windows that open to Washington Avenue. Upon entry, you are greeted with a wonderful open concept, the living area is spacious and perfect for a cozy relaxing time. The master bedroom is large with a full bath. There is a second full bath as well as sleeping area, which includes a built in office. This condo includes a private parking space on a gated lot attached to the building. Home away from home! Just minutes away from all the entertainment!

Awesome condo
This is an awesome condo in the middle of downtown St Louis. It is located around all kinds of fun stuff to do and has all the amenities you would want in a place to stay. Person living upstairs had a party and was loud late into the night but it was a Saturday night so just an FYI if you like total piece and quiet on a weekend

Delayed communication
Had to send a message to owner about check in and check out instructions. When they sent the check out instructions, they mentioned that they did not know why their messages weren’t being automatically sent. Sent a communication our first night that water was dripping from the ceiling of the bedroom. Never got a response back, luckily it only dripped for about half an hour our first night and we didn’t have any dripping the second night of our stay. It’s nice that a gated parking spot is included with the rental. It would be even better if the parking signs could be seen. All of the parking area signs are obscured by bushes that have grown taller than the parking signs on the wall. A nice apartment resident pointed us to the correct spot and then we found the sign behind the bushes. Bring your own hair conditioner and body wash. Could only find 1 bottle of shampoo between the two bathrooms. Towels were in the washer and dryer upon our arrival. Two laundry detergent pods were left for us. They were partially wet already, so left a soapy mess when I moved them. It worked for the two nights we were there, but I would not rent here again.

Would revisit!
Bring some walking shoes and enjoy the city. The place is close to a lot, clean and the owner is quick to reply. I would recommend for younger folks to stay. The free parking in a gated area is a major plus.

Leaks, Construction, Damage
We liked the rental, felt safe in the building. However the closets were under significant construction so we couldn’t hang clothes, a leak in the bedroom ceiling, and in the bedroom closet. Almost all furniture except the dining table was broken somehow, and they must have been in the middle of painting. We loved the location though!

We enjoyed our stay at the cozy condo in St. Louis. The condo was located close to the event we were attending and there are many restaurants in the area as well. The condo itself was clean, quiet, and super comfortable.

Great stay
Great place to stay, chic and modern! Stayed during the new year and we got a little firework show to help our celebration! Home was not only nice and elegant but was perfect for my small group! Schnucks down the street as well! Great food places right downstairs too!

Birthday trip
My wife and i went to cardinals game for my birthday and we could not have been more pleased with the apartment. Everything was perfect and the apartment is really cool. The gated parking space was a huge bonus. Walking distance to anything one would want to do in St. Louis. I would give it more stars if i could.

Perfect for photoshoots and a couples’ getaway.
We had a great time. It is not in the safest part of town after dark, but our overall stay was amazing. You are in the middle of downtown. There is even a fun escape room place right next to it.
