Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property accept the garage. Reserved for owners.

Guests must respect the quite hours of 9pm - 8am. No loud noise from the property allowed at any time. It is a city requirement.

The Neighborhood:
Neighborhood is quite and cozy! Very close to Westhoff Park. Plenty of space for kiddos to climb and have fun. Also, includes a skatepark.

Daughters Wedding
Great place to gather the family together to get ready for a joyous occasion. Everyone was comfortable and our Granddaughter really enjoyed the big backyard. It was easy to prepare meals and the home had everything we needed.

Temporary stay between sale and purchase of home
Peaceful, cozy, and clean! The kitchen is stocked with every item you could want. Plenty of games and there are TVs in every room. We enjoyed the private fenced in yard as well. Five stars!!

Place was like home , the kids loved it and the baby felt very safe and comfortable , We loved it and the high chair , pack and play were an added bonus , we forgot you had one so we brought our own but next time we will remember ! When I work in this area, always try to secure this house. Mainly for a beautiful and fenced backyards. But the house is tastefully decorated and everything work so it makes it for a great stay.

This property was perfect for us. Since we use to live in Defiance it was centrally located for all our family that still lives there. Clean little house well stocked. Big grassy backyard that our English Bulldog loved

Fun vacation
We had a great time staying at this cute house. The house was furnished nicely, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Definitely need a no slip mat or bar to hold onto in bathtub, it’s quite slippery. We utilized the outdoor grill and it worked great! Would stay again on another visit to St. Louis.

Great house!
House was perfect for us. It was super clean and exactly like the pictures. Kitchen had everything you would need. Plenty of linens, towels, blankets and throws. Beds were very comfortable. House was nicely decorated and felt very calm. Plenty of off street parking in the large driveway. Neighborhood was super quiet and safe. It was the perfect location for everything we were doing on our vacation. We didn't need anything from the host but they were very commutative with emails before, during, and after our stay which we greatly appreciated. You can tell that these host really care about the house and your experience. Highly recommend this house and these host!

Great Experience
We really enjoyed our stay at Blair House. It had everything we could want especially in the kitchen. We like to cook some of our meals at home when we are traveling and not have to eat out that much. Most places have bare minimum but this place was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Owner very responsive and available. Plan to stay her often as our son lives close. You won't be disappointed and the teenage grandkids loved the video game.
