"The updates to the hotel are great. the rooms are above average size which is awesome. I personally love that there are multiple hooks and shelves to hang items. There was a beside table for the second queen bed. It's like the hotel had heard my complaints from over the years and did it all right here. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. My only slight negative is one of the bed sheets were stained and it just kinda grossed me out. but everythign else was amazing."

"The staff were very accommodating, courteous and professional. Josh and Ashley and the night clerk were very helpful. When we told them we were moving to the area Josh was happy to let us know what was in our surroundings, shops etc. Many thanks to the staff at the Best Western in Watertown! "
