"We spent 4 great nights in this immaculate jelly bean home with every amenity you need including a bbq. The bed was large and comfy, towels were thick and fluffy and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishware etc including some spices. The washing machine and dryer came in handy. There was always a spot for parking and the home is close to everything in the area. The bathroom is in the basement; being in our 70's, we had no problem but something for others to consider. "Perry provided helpful instructions on how to access his house. Great parking in a quiet, treed neighbourhood a few kilometers from the city centre. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen for making breakfast and one evening meal. Everything in the house was tidy and clean. Good bed too. Perry graciously offered us suggestions on where to eat. A good stay!"

"This was my first time staying in a VRBO and Rob set the standard very high. It was clean, provided the comforts of home, and every detail was thought out. The house was well stocked with staples and communication with the host was timely and helpful. The location was great, we could walk to downtown George Street and Water Street. "View of the harbour was very nice. Location ideal, walk to restaurants and short drive to Signal Hill. Appt itself had nice size rooms. Only thing would be the couches were older and somewhat uncomfortable, other than that good place to stay to visit St-Johm's."

"The accommodations were modern and updated and very clean. The rental is centrally located near downtown. The AC on the second level was not working during our stay which meant opening windows to cool that level. The road noise outside can be loud at times which made sleeping a little challenging. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this rental."

"A group of 6 came from Ontario to celebrate a birthday. The house was perfect for our size of group and the location was easy to get around. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Parking was a bonus as there is limited availability in the downtown area. I will be reaching out to stay again on my next visit. The process was easy, hosts helpful and house just wonderful. Thanks for a great vacation!!"
