"This villa resort is in the luxury class of properties. It consists of six luxury villas which all have spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the islands of the British Virgin islands. These units sit on top of a mountain called Picture Point. The property is well maintained and each unit comes with all the amenities that you would need, including a washer and dryer. The infinity pool and hot tub are wonderful. If you want class and luxury this is the place to rent."

"If you can get past the challenges that have been described by others- 80 steps down, non potable water, no paper in the toilets, small space with only outside access from kitchen to bedroom, occasional electricity outage- then this is a wonderful place. The view is magnificent and from the deck it feels like having the entire valley and bay to yourself. A place to get away from civilization. "

"As the title suggests the view from the Villa is stunning. The property itself is very well appointed - the bedroom/living area is pleasant and airy, there is an excellent bathroom with large walk in shower and separate large laundry/storage area. The cosy kitchen is very well equipped and accommodated our dining in when it was too windy to sit out. The vast patio area has an excellent and well maintained bbq and plenty of quality furniture. Access to the Villa with its fabulous position...

We didn’t understand why all the drawers in the chest of drawers were full of extra quilts, sheets. There was no room to put our clothes away. Of course we love the location. It is so nice to be able to walk to all the Cruz bay restaurants. We will only stay at Grande Bay when vacationing St. John. "

"We had an amazing stay at Casa YaYa!! It was such a great location just up the hill from two fantastic spots ( Johnny Lime and Skinny Legs)! The property had everything you could need!! The pool and deck had amazing views!! Perfect family vacation! "

"This is a very nice place to stay that is in a great location for anyone healthy and able to walk the short hill up from the beaches. Initially, our room had not been cleaned. However the manager was quick to respond and gave us a different unit to stay in for the first night. The unit we had most of the stay was safe and had an individual porch. Some other units share one porch and have poorly secured back patio doors. No reason not to stay here, just something to be aware of so you can prepare...

"This little place is perfect for me and my husband while in St. John. Near everything, very clean, comfortable bed, Wi-Fi and great views from the balcony. We've never had an issue here after four stays and Hannah is excellent. "
