Positioned on the upper floor, you will have both a treetop view of a natural wooded area graced with our native Long Leaf Pines & a view of the 2nd Tee Box & Fairway of Members Club Golf Course.

The Quiet St. James Community offers many amenities to take advantage of on your Beach Getaway. There is Parking in front of the building for easily unloading your vacation essentials. At the Marina, is Shopping, a Pharmacy, a Ship’s Store & the Beacon 315 restaurant, with a Tropical Bar, serving Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Transient Docking is available at the Marina. Woodlands Park has Nature & Biking Trails - keep your eyes out for a variety of Wildlife to enjoy watching on these trails; Waterfront Park (within Walking Distance) has a Covered Picnic area with Grills, Kayak Launch, Bocce Ball, Volleyball, Playground, Fitness Trails & Fishing Pier over the ICW with a Gazebo; Southport & Oak Island offer Boat, Kayak & Bike Rentals. Check out the Woodlands Amphitheatre, garden, library & church during your stay. The St. James Private Oceanfront Beach Club on Oak Island is just 12 minutes away. There is a Dedicated Beach Access with Foot Showers, Community Saltwater Pool (Seasonal), Covered Picnic Area at the Pavilion, as well as Restrooms, Showers & Changing Facilities. Parking is available for a fee along the street.

This (2 Bedroom / 2 Bath) Villa sleeps 6. The Primary Bedroom has Golf Course Views, a Private Sliding Glass Door Access to the Screened Balcony, King Bed, TV, Dresser/Large Walk-In Closet, EnSuite with Tub/Shower Combination, Hair Dryer; This Villa features a Unique Option with the 2nd Bedroom as a “Lockout” or Attached Studio Suite. There is an interior adjoining door into the main villa that locks from both sides for Privacy & also a Separate Entrance outside. This is the Perfect Solution for 2 Families vacationing together. This Studio Bedroom features 2 Queen Beds, Closet/Dresser, Bath (Tub/Shower), Breakfast Bar & a Kitchenette (Microwave/under the counter Fridge, Drip Coffee Maker/Magic Bullet Blender, Cocktail Shaker, Ice Bucket, Vanity Sink). In the Main Villa there is a Laundry Room with Full-Sized Washer/Dryer, an Iron/Ironing Board & Clothes Steamer.

With the Kitchen/Dining/Living Area Open Concept, everyone gets to be together while enjoying their own activities. The Living Area gets Natural Light from the Sliding Glass Door to the Balcony. With 2 Comfortable Sofas, there is Plenty of Comfortable Seating to watch your favorite shows or a movie on the Large Screen Smart TV/DVD Player. The Dining Area is close to the Kitchen for quick serving & cleanup. You may prefer to Enjoy the Screened Balcony for Alfresco Dining as well. The Breakfast Bar, with 4 seats, can be used as a Mobile Work or School Space, for entertaining the cook or having snacks. The Main Villa Kitchen: Drip Coffee Maker, Toaster, George Foreman Indoor Grill. The Mixologist in your group will appreciate the Rolling 2 tier Bar Cart complete with Wine Rack, Ice Bucket, Cocktail Shaker & Bar Tools.

Please note: Linens are included with your reservation and your beds will be made prior to your arrival. Also a Welcome Bag will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies which includes 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, dish sponge, small shampoo and conditioner with bar of soap, make up remover, and 2 bottles of water.

***PLEASE READ: Guests would ONLY have access to The Beach Pool Club.
Guests do not have access to the St James Golf Club and courses. The nearby Oak Island Golf Club is open to the public as is the Carolina National Golf Club off of Hwy 211.

Great overall experience!
The only challenge was the check-in process upon arrival. The directions for using the property were comprehensive, but the only limit was the arrival. The address given goes to a community mailbox. There were no additional instructions that the complex has each building numbered with a different numbering system, and then you could find the location. Please add to the instructions that address the inconsistency as it took us 15 minutes to figure it out. Otherwise, I think the best compliment I can give is the property is it was as described. Pictures matched, well-appointed location, great checkout instructions. We did find one chair on the back deck to be broken. Some portions of the seat are detached. The chair is the right corner chair next to the screen. We noticed the damage before my wife or I sat in it. We wanted to let you know as we wouldn't want someone to get hurt. Thanks for letting us use the property! Great few days spent there. Best, Jerry McCormick
