"The room was comfortable, particularly the bed, although we did find some broken plastic under the sheet, not sure where it came from. There was no hot water from the sink even after running the tap for a while and the cistern to the toilet kept running after it had filled up. Saying all of that we would probably stay again."

"The rooms were very clean and cosy ,lovely big bathroom and good sea views. The hosts were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. A lovely cooked to order breakfast was served each morning . Property was in a quiet road close to train station,bus stop and a short walk to Carbis bay.Truly wonderful stay. Many thanks , Janet and Richard."

"Nicely located a short walk from both beaches and the town centre. It is very clean and tidy. The room we stayed in was lovely. Mary who ran it was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The parking spot is invaluable in St Ives as there is literally nowhere to park without paying a fortune (if you can find a car park with a free space that is). The town has very narrow single lane roads so the last thing you want to be doing is driving round looking for somewhere to park. Very pleased...
