"We really enjoyed the location's proximity to ocean and peace and quiet of the neighborhood (hardly any street traffic). Very nice patio as well but during our stay we did not have to share it with other renters. The Host was reachable, very nice and tried to rectify problems. On the bad side, the place needed cleaning--the floors and pots and pans were dirty. A better collection of pots and pans and cooking utensils are needed. We also lacked Wi-Fi during the stay."

"Great house right on the beach! Fantastic property with comfy beds and couches, nice washer and dryer and huge TV. Buck is so easy to work with and has added touches to the property that made us feel welcomed and right at home— laundry detergent, dish detergent, nice chargers next to each bed, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. Would definitely rent here again!"

"The unit was as described and we enjoyed the time with family. Especially nice that so close to the beach. Great view of the stars at night! Only negative was 2 partial rolls of toilet paper 1 in each bathroom. Would advise to bring toilet paper! LOL."

"There were 4 of us adults and our large dog. We came down to SGI to go to Porchfest and enjoy SGI. This property was great for us - close to the beach, a great yard for our dog, wonderful pool and lovely deck for enjoying coffee and conversation. The weather was perfect and the host was super helpful."

"We enjoyed our visit. The pool was just steps away. The beach was a quick walk across the road ( which was not busy) to the walkover which was easy to walk on as there are no stairs. The cottage was small but met our needs. There was a nice starter supply of paper goods, toiletries and dish detergent .Amole supply of bath towels. It was clean.We hope to it rent again."

"I really thought the property was very nice and clean. Unfortunately the cable did not work (no big deal). Getting into the property was challenging also (the code did not work and never did) so we had to use the key for upstairs. Lastly the coffee maker needs to be replaced as the coffee was brewed cold. Warmed it up in the microwave. While the reservation team was very nice they never checked in about gaining entry to the property and no service technician ever came to repair the door. Again...

"This house was perfect for us and our fur baby Miller. The location was great. We could walk across the road to get to the beach, and had a decent view of the beach from the kitchen. The private pool was beautiful, cleaned everyday. It was positioned where most of the day you could get some sun and the end of the day there was some shade provided by the nice palm trees surrounding it.
