"Soul Oasis a hidden gem! The slightly retro vibe of the decor was so cute while at the same time providing all the modern amenities. The kitchen had enough plates, silverware, utensils, cleaning supplies, pots and pans, etc; the big porch has beautiful views and it somehow feels secluded even though there are houses around and you're only 15 minutes from Solomon's Island with nice restaurants and stores. One thing I would make people aware of is IF you have mobility issues or are a bigger...

"We had a wonderful few days at the Little House as part of a longer week exploring VA and WV. The cottage was inviting and well equipped (even Band-Aids!). The property was tranquil with great water views. It was in a secluded area yet a short drive to nearby towns. We enjoyed use of the kayak, relaxing on the porch, and listening to the rain hit the roof on our last night. Rob and the neighbors are welcoming and friendly. "

"From the time we arrived, we were enjoying the beautiful view. The host really made our stay wonderful as the home is set up with everything you need and then some extras. We really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board during the day and brought along some floats for a little relaxation in the water. After dinner, we enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful sunset. We all left there well rested and wanting to come back soon. It was the perfect get away to kick off summer."

We enjoyed sitting outside watching the sun set, just listening to the water and enjoying a fire on the beach. The kitchen is any cook's dream! "Location is magical. Water views and nature views abound. Porches, open areas, views galore. On a quiet point, with a creek meets river, almost ocean like feel. It is a very special place. All you need-beds are super comfy and attention to details with seating and kitchen are greatly appreciated. Besides older adults, we had age-early 20s cousins that discovered the fun of croquet. We did puzzles, played games and kayaked a lot; explored the creek and braved the ever changing currents and tides...
