Desert Color Shores is a rental that the whole family will love! From its tasteful decorations to the fun bunk room, adults and kids alike will feel at home while staying here! Enjoy the stunning rooftop patio, equipped with a large seating area and table, where you can soak in the sunshine during the day, or simply relax and star gaze at night! You’ll find not only a fully equipped kitchen for your family meals but a washer and dryer on-site for your convenience! After spending a long day playing in the lagoon, or exploring Southern Utah, come back and relax on the comfy king-sized beds, where you will also find smart TVs in every room!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the southwest side of the community.

While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.
