"We stayed for the weekend and loved the proximity to the Main Street shops, cafes and bars! Hiking trails walking distance too. Apartment had lots of space, coffee provided and laundry detergent too! Those touches make a great stay!! "

"I rented the Copper Room for a 3 night stay. What a magical experience. The hostess was very attentive, she even met me at curb to assist in checking into the room! The room was so peaceful and quiet. The patio was an amazing place to relax. I will definitely be back!"

"Great location, great space. Great air conditioning.Continue to work on getting the musty smell out of the apartment. Wash the comforter provided for the pullout bed. Clean the coffee maker with vinegar so coffee is made faster. It took 20minutes for a pot of coffee. Provide a washcloth and dish towel to make washing dishes easier. "

"Previous reviews have captured it. Outstanding property. Be forewarned there are ~20 steep carpeted stairs with double handrails in and out of The Artist's Loft. Outdoor space is gorgeous; Rhonda does everything beautifully."

"This was a super cute loft apartment. Very clean and the host went above and beyond making sure that we had anything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Would recommend staying in this one or one of the hosts other loft apartments."

"First, I'd like to thank John for hosting us, I've never has such a communicative host. None of my pros or cons were communicated with John directly, it was a busy week. I've got a list of pros and cons for this location: Cons: 1. AC not properly installed in bedroom, held together with masking tape and fills a 5 gallon bucket which must be dumped every 24-48 hours (it's heavy and messy to dump) 2. "Loaded the car up and had the kids ready to go. Everyone is excited and I get a call from evolve 4 hours before check in that our stay is cancelled… then evolve lets me know there are “other similar properties “ but those properties tend to jack up their prices when you want to book same day. Especially on Fourth of July. They didn’t offer a discount or credit. Why would I book something if they can just cancel it again? Why would I trust your company? "We had a lovely long weekend away in Marine in St. Croix. The accommodations were clean and quite cozy. The town has everything you might need during a short stay. The area is quiet within easy distance of some wonderful state parks. Great hub to go out and enjoy the fall colors. The one downside is that the town has a loud siren that sounds anytime there is a medical or fire emergency in the area. Not too disruptive from the apartment, but pretty intense when sitting outside at the Brookside...
