"Home was very cozy and well appointed. Space was clean, comfortable and perfect for me and the wife. Would definitely book there again in the future. Only recommendation I have for the host is a wifi login paper but they may have their reasons not to, so it wasn’t a big issue for us. Definitely a 5 out of 5 overall experience. "

"We had everything we needed for a one-night stay. The check-in process was a breeze. There wasn’t a lengthy list of cleaning expectations at the end. It has the feel of an older building, and I think the floors could use a good cleaning. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of towels, and the kitchen felt clean. Overall, a pleasant stay. "

"We checked in for one night before getting on a cruise the next morning. The owners were extremely friendly and once we got there, I had a had a question about using the door lock and received a call back in less than 1 minute of sending email. Also, Im a disabled veteran and had 3 spine fusions. I sent an email before booking asking if we could pay extra to extend our checkout time a few extra hours, since the pain in mornings is so bad. "Great spot to stay pre-cruise. There was plenty of space in the master bedroom for myself, my wife, and our daughter! The other bedroom was as described and could accommodate a couple easily. There were also two large couches. Quick access to food and a gas station. Cocoa Beach was just a few minute drive. The Alamo rental return was just down the street - the shuttle took us to the cruise from Alamo. Definitely beat a hotel for the pre cruise stay!"

"We came for the 4th of July weekend and the home was clean, had all amenities as described, and had essentials to get started. The property manager was very friendly, helpful and over the top. We had a little hiccup upon our arrival and it appeared that the cleaning personnel forgot to drop the key back in the lock box and the property manager came out to meet us within the hour. One of the best VRBO’s I have stayed in!"

"While scouring through the many homes listed. My wife and I seen a home that was beautiful in pictures and thought this looks like it will be perfect for us. The open space setup between kitchen, dining and living rooms were just what we were looking for to have everyone together.
