"We weren't at the property very much, but it met our needs well and had amenities I would definitely appreciate even more if I returned for a longer trip or did more in the house. "We had our annual extended family get away here vs staying in northern MN or Wisc. We all enjoyed how close it was to our actual homes (MPLS and St Paul) and were impressed with all the amenities, like towels, soap, toilet paper. Past experience we’ve had properties that only leave you one roll of toilet paper (example). The fire pit was wonderful and the host responsive when we had a request. We would definitely come back again! "

House is close to town to do things with being far enough to be quite. We loved the ability to be allowed to park in the garage. "We came for a couple of hockey games and loved staying at this beautiful, cozy farmhouse. The hosts were welcoming and communicative, including recommending local restaurants. The beds are so soft and Lisa’s decorating makes you feel right at home. We had gorgeous fall weather so we spent a lot of time out on the deck with our morning coffee. The kitchen had what we needed and our hosts even left some welcoming snacks and great coffee. It is peaceful and quiet, yet only 15 minutes from downtown....

"This is a gorgeous property with beautiful views, thoughtfully designed and artfully executed. There is plenty of space for a large gathering - we were 17, including 8 kids ages 4 - 15. There are many different hang out areas, so you never feel like you are on top of one another. We cooked most days, and the kitchen was well supplied and functioned well. "Four Morgan siblings had a mini reunion back in Southern MN, where our father grew up and we used to vacation every summer 50-60 years ago. Nice big house, close to, but not on, the lake (as the ad seemed to imply). But very happy with our stay. If and when we head back to MN in the future, I would look for this property again, and isn't that the bottom line? And don't worry, the game room does have pool cues, even though the ad says to bring your own. Recommended."
