"This a perfect place for a quiet weekend. It is very private and has everything we need. And the decor is very tasteful. It was unfortunate the local Tavern was closed both evenings due to functions , but we will definitely nook again ."

"We liked the space of the property, and the fact that it was dog friendly and the lounge area upstairs was so comfortable and with an awesome scenery which waas a plus for us as we spent most of our winding down time in that part of the house. Thankyou Katherine"

"The property was much larger than we needed but it was good to have somewhere roomy and quiet to escape to relax after several days of intense 70th birthday celebrations. It would be hard to find somewhere better located. We ate out while we were there but you could easily cater at home for the whole stay."

"16 of us stayed here for my 30th birthday. 12 adults and 4 kids. The property fitted our needs perfectly for a large group of all ages for a 5 day getaway. There was ample space for us all, so much to keep the kids entertained all while the adults could enjoy a drink in the spa and pool. The check in process and communication from the booking team was 10/10 and they were more than happy to assist us with any needs we had at any time. "The property is in a great location and we have stayed in this part of Inverloch before and enjoy the stroll along the beach into town to grab our morning coffee. The process if you require linen was not the best in terms of you had to contact the Linen Service separately from the local Real Estate Agent who manages the property. Not the most seamless process."

The kids loved the interior design and layout of the property. Location was excellent. 30 minutes to Cowes/Phillip Island and 10 minutes from Grantville. Kongwak markets was an easy half hour drive as well. Can't rate this stay higher. Thank you Kim for an amazing birthday getaway for my girls."

"Perfect location for exploring the area - Bass Coast, Wilson's Prom, Philip Island etc. Lewis and Judy made us very welcome. They gave us very helpful information on things to do and places to eat. The studio is very clean and well equipped. The garden is beautiful. It's a short walk to the beach. tthebeabeach.awalks. "

"This was a great stay for our pets and teenagers. Close to everything and having 2 living areas was great. Master bed was comfortable and although kitchen very dated had everything we needed. Oven and Fridge looked new and were clean. Some repairs and Maintenace required but did not affect our stay at all. "

"Comfortable and cosy house to relax in and lovely to be able to bring our dogs. They loved the large alfresco backyard area, but being able to sleep inside if cold. It is close to the shops and ocean and had everything we could need. Inverloch itself is charming and friendly and very quiet off-season."

"There was no privacy, curtains would be better than blinds in rooms and balconies screens would be good, need recycling bin in room so you didn't have to keep rubish in the lounge Bunks are too short and cramped and were not what was expected. Would be great to be able to fold up the top bunk so you didn't bump your head everytime you got in and out. No safety rails in bathroom, too slippery. Dirty laundry left on our Balcony during the whole staystsustay.bslcoby ms."

"Even when it was off season, it was quite busy. I love that they were not noisy neighbours, very quiet. The communal kitchen was spotless, all the appliances in working order, lots of them. Same applied to the restrooms. We had a great time!"
